CITRA code 011022-LT-0083. Experience the thrill of staying in a bright 17th-century house, in the heart of a village a few meters from the sea. Have fun finding all the details of the marine world in the rooms, then go out on the terrace and admire the blue of the water for yourself. On the first floor, there is a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace with a sea view. Downstairs, there is a double bedroom and a second bathroom. The house is the ideal solution for a couple with or without children who, thanks to the double bathrooms and the double sofa bed in the living room, can find a comfortable accommodation. The house is accessible via a short flight of about ten steps. I live a few steps from Alice's House and am available for any request or information. Discover the truest Liguria by immersing yourself in the life of a small fishing village a few kilometers from Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, taste the gastronomic specialties of the Gulf of Poets, then take advantage of the nearby beach and enjoy moments of pure relaxation by the sea. Fezzano is located in the middle of the Provincial Road that connects La Spezia to Portovenere on a route of about 15 km and is connected to these two locations by public transport that runs about every half hour. From Fezzano, via La Spezia, the Cinque Terre, Lerici and the other towns of the Gulf of Poets are easily reachable by car or public transport. A few highway exits away on the A12 highway you can reach Sarzana, Forte dei Marmi and Versilia, Portofino. A parking garage has recently been built in the village with about 100 paid parking spaces (daily rate €10.00). A private garage adjacent to Alice's House is available at the usual price. Discover the truest Liguria by immersing yourself in the life of a small fishing village a few kilometers from Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, taste the gastronomic specialties of the Gulf of Poets, then take advantage of the nearby beach and enjoy moments of pure relaxation by the sea. Completely renovated two-room apartment. Just a 10-minute drive from the embarkation for the Cinque Terre, Portovenere and Lerici. Surrounded by greenery, large lawn with the possibility of eating under the stars. La Spezia and Sarzana are a 15-minute drive. Pisa and Lucca are only an hour's drive away, and Versilia is about twenty minutes away. We are on the Liguria Trail, ideal for hiking enthusiasts. San Terenzo is a nice little downtown on the seafront of Gulf of Poets. The renewed apartment is situated just 10 meters away from the San Terenzo beach. It's furnished in a functional and harmonious way in order to offer a welcoming atmosphere and a pleasant stay. There is private car parking. Nearby there are ligurian cuisine restaurants, shops, bus stop, beaches and marvelous esplanade between San Terenzo's and Lerici fortresses. It's the best place to start to explore Liguria and Tuscany.

Located halfway between Portovenere and Versilia with its beaches. It consists of an entrance, kitchenette with dining area, living room, bedroom, bathroom and large terrace. It is only 7 km from Lerici, 6 km from the medieval city of Sarzana and the enchanting Cinque Terre are easily accessible.
