Vacation rentals with a patio in Ammouliani

In about 8 years, Airbnb definitely among the top 3 in every way. Absolutely recommend!!!

We highly recommend staying at Vaso‘s and Ioannis‘ place. The location is great - super close to a beautiful part of the beach and great beach bars. The apartment is nicely furnished and the balcony is great.

We were very satisfied with the seven days in the beautiful apartment and enjoyed the fantastic view every day. The surrounding shops were also very easy to reach on foot. Parking was no problem. We will be happy to come back.

We had a very pleasant stay. Revekka had everything prepared for us, she was very kind. The rooms were as in the photos and the bachyard was very nice. It's a bit far from the beaches but it's fine with a car. There is a supermarket near the house.

Everything was perfect!!! Nikos and Eleni were really responsive and friendly ( with really good recommendations on what to do and where to eat) The house was really clean and fully equipped with everything you might need. We didn’t have any issues with parking which was a huge plus on our side. The location is perfect you can walk to anywhere you want in Afytos Thank you for everything !!!

The location was amazing! The view of the water and being in the heart of many restaurants, grocery stores and attractions was amazing. You can see Mount Olympus from the airbnb… so amazing! Check in/check out were easy and the host communicated quickly when we had questions!

Anke and Evangelos are wonderful hosts. The apartment is as described in the listing, not to say much better. You feel right at home, everything is very bright and cozy. There are also insect screens on all the windows, which I thought was absolutely great. The pool not only invites you to splash around but also to linger, at the current temperatures it is pleasantly cool, the garden a small oasis. I'll be back next year as soon as the calendar is available. Thank you

We had a fantastic stay at Dimitris' place! The apartment is beautiful, super clean, and perfectly located in the charming Upper Town – a real highlight of Thessaloniki. We stayed for 10 days(2 adults and 1 child) and it was amazing. Everything was just as described in the pictures and you basically have everything you need. The house is 2 mins away from the beach, very cozy,clean and quiet! Katerina is friendly and very responsive.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Anastasia in Vourvourou! The villa is spacious, perfect for two families, with a large garden where kids can play and adults can relax. The nearby beach is stunning, featuring both sandy areas and rocks that were perfect for jumping into the water. It's peaceful and feels almost private, just a short walk from the house. The house is clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing vacation. Dimitris and his family welcomed us warmly and were always available, ensuring our stay was flawless. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. We highly recommend Villa Anastasia for anyone looking for a serene and comfortable getaway by the sea. We hope to return soon to enjoy this wonderful place once again! Catherine is a very kind and helpful host!:) we loved to stay at her place. She gave us very good suggestions for places to visit and eat and was always worried about us having a good time in Chalkidiki. We went just 5 minutes to the beach, which was very calm and not overcrowded at all. We recommend staying at Catherines appartment! :)

Accommodation is near the centre of the village. The accommodation itself was fine. At night expect noise from passing noisy motorbikes, otherwise relatively quiet. Fine location for walking around the area.

Our recent stay at Korinna’s villa in Khriopigi, Greece, was nothing short of exceptional. The surroundings are picturesque, with easy access to stunning beaches, local taverns, and vibrant nightlife, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration. However, what truly set this experience apart was the warm hospitality and dedication of our host, Korinna. From the moment we arrived she made sure that that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her promptness in responding to any queries and her readiness to assist with any needs we had made our stay worry-free. Korinna went above and beyond, providing us with excellent recommendations for local spots to visit, including the best taverns, clubs, and beaches. She even made us the favor by booking a table as a gesture.

Although Maria does not speak English we managed to understand each other and were welcomed very warmly. It was very cozy and clean in the house. There was everything you needed in the kitchen. We leave an extremely good impression and many wonderful memories of the stay. The only thing that needs to be changed is the location of the house in the site because there is a discrepancy of several directs.

We only stayed one night but it was perfect for our family of 4. Clean. No complaints.

It was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Cleanliness, location, and price were all great. (I went knowing it was on the 5th floor with no elevator.) If it’s your first time in Thessaloniki, the location is perfect — close to everything. I had a great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location is perfect – very close to the city center, which made it easy to explore. The highlight was definitely the terrace – the view is absolutely amazing, especially in the morning and evening. The instructions on how to enter the apartment were very clear and easy to follow. Also, the host was super flexible with the check-in time, which we really appreciated since we arrived much earlier than expected. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

We really liked our stay at Despina's place. The apartment was clean, and well-equipped, and the view was amazing from the balcony. It's in a great location, you can find supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants nearby, and also the sights are not far from it. Only thing is that the elevator was near to the apartment and was a little bit noisy, but not disturbing.

We - a family with 2 children - spent the last week of October there. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. It is located on the top 2nd floor with a little view of the sea. Morning sun. The area is full of apartment buildings, so there is certainly a lot going on in the summer. The house is located in the second row and you are immediately on the beach. For us, it was more like a ghost town, as the shops, restaurants and bars were already closed. But we almost had the beach to ourselves. The landlords were very nice and helpful. Always on hand if you had any questions or needed anything!

New apartment, very well-equipped, clean with private parking. Ideal for two people, but also suitable for those traveling with a child. Not far from the center, which is convenient to reach by taxi or car and well located to start discovering the archaeological sites of Pella and Aigai. The surrounding area does not offer the best, but a 5-10 minute walk away there is a shopping center with a super well-stocked supermarket. Our hosts were super nice.
