Condo vacation rentals in Amherst

The home was perfect and the location was great to use as a base to explore fall colors and the small towns of southern Vermont .

Superhost ! Was so accommodating to get us in last minute since our other Airbnb didn’t work out. He was so responsive and helpful with the snow storm as well ! We were so glad to have found this gem and have such a gracious host. The location is perfect and walkable to all the restaurants and markets. Also 15 mins away from Berkshire East ! This was a great find and we are thankful for it !

Ashley has a great place!! It was a fantastic place to visit with my friends and reminisce. Weirdly, this rental turns out to be the place my great grandparents lived and did business as my grandma grew up. I did not have any ghostly contact with my relatives in the apartment (I was kind of hoping and not hoping to see them 😂), but I still had such a meaningful time sitting in the spaces they did so many years ago. Ashley is an excellent host and I will come here again next time I “come home”. 😊

Goran's home was very comfortable and we enjoyed many things. The architectural features were top notch with many luxurious details, such as the decorative tiles, the vaulted ceiling, and the large deck. We enjoyed the natural light, and the spacious rooms. The mattress was very comfortable, and we hope to return for another stay. I highly recommend Goran's home. Tracey deJong

Jo-Anne was very helpful and answered my questions promptly. Easy check in and out. No nonsense emptying the trash or removing linens that some other Airbnbs require. The kitchen was well stocked though I didn’t use anything. Bed was comfortable, though on the firm side. Lots of natural light in the space which was a plus. The parking lot was literally a 2 minute walk away, which was convenient. Biggest gripe was that you could pretty easily hear traffic and whatever else on the street. May not be great if you’re an extremely light sleeper.

We loved staying for the weekend at Katie’s place. We walked to great restaurants and Mass MOCA museum. So cozy and relaxing all around!

Had a great stay at Jo-Anne’s for a wedding as MASS MoCA. Space was clean and cozy. Bed and pillows were comfy. Very walkable to places around town. The cars driving by were a little loud for a light sleeper, but with some earplugs it was fine. Jo-Anne was very helpful and responsive.

This is that one-of-a-kind place. Nestled in the woods, unusually designed and arranged house that makes for a unique experience. Plus, Joseph is a most interesting and engaging host. We're so glad we found it.

Everything I needed for my work trip👍👍👍 Clean and cozy stay

This condo was perfect for a fall family get-away. We loved the view from the deck and the warmth of the fireplace. It is close to the charming main street in Wilmington. The grounds are lovely and make for a nice place to walk. The condo was very clean and so well stocked with plenty of towels, extra pillows, blankets etc... The kitchen was full of much appreciated extras...coffee, hot chocolate, "smore" ingredients as well as plenty of things like foil, trash bags, soaps etc. It really was a home away from home. Sean's list of things to do and places to go is complete and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Clean and roomy. My family and I enjoyed hanging out and playing games in between our outings. The space was beautifully decorated and had a welcoming feel. We didn't get to use the outside space bc of weather, but looked inviting.
