Rachel was super quick to respond which was very helpful for me when last minute planning. In addition, I was traveling solo with my dog and she (and her super seeet dog)was sooooo nice to hang out with him when I had to go to my jobsite. The bedrooms are all super cozy, it was hard to pick one for the two nights I was there solo. The bed was very comfortable and a great night sleep away from home is hard to find. Love the natural light and the plants throughout. Made me feel right at home. Would stay again next time I’m in town for work!

Beautiful apartment in the center of Wilmington. We own land and have our camper set up in the next town over, but with the cold weather lately, the camper is still winterized. We wanted to come up and get some yard work done and stay locally, and this apartment was the clear winner! Walking distance to our favorite coffee shop, lots of restaurants, my favorite bookstore (!!) and walking trails. Loved the deck- even though it was April and iffy weather, we were able to have takeout dinner outside one night! So grateful that Jennifer allows pets, as we have two dogs and it’s often hard to find pet friendly Airbnb accommodations that are in a good location and as clean as this place! Jennifer was so kind, accommodating and responsive. She went out of her way to make sure we had a great trip- she’s definitely one of the best hosts we’ve had! Thank you for making this week wonderful! We will be back.

We loved our stay at Jaki’s place! Very easy check in, easy to find, no issues at all. Very comfortable place and walkable to downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

We attended a wedding very close by and this was the perfect spot for us! It was so cozy and comfortable. Just looking on the map I didn't expect the town to be such a pretty & cute place with such a quaint little downtown area. Although we didn’t end up eating them, the little touches like the snacks were so thoughtful. We enjoyed some meals at Railway Cafe right around she corner as well! It was truly a great stay! Thank you again!

The stay itself was wonderful! As advertised, it was well within walking distance from the downtown area, was cozy, and looked exactly like the pictures showed. 5/5 stars What pushed it over the edge from a good Airbnb to GREAT, was the attention Jennifer paid to small additional details - little chocolates to welcome us, snacks intentionally set out for us, water bottles, and a few other things speak to how good of a host she is. 6/5 stars 5/5 stars for Jennifer and her lovely apartment, 3/5 stars for Airbnb: we didn't get a message from Airbnb until we were checking out that her messaging wasn't working, so a couple messages went unanswered. Jennifer had put her number in 3 different locations explaining this, so she was super proactive, we were just a little unobservant in seeing that.

Deborah’s apt was just what I needed - quiet, private, safe, easy access, close to campus. Beautiful view into the woods and all amenities were as described. Great communication and Deborah even left some orange juice, eggs, fresh bread, and jam in the fridge!

The location is terrific, easy from the airport and close to many other attractions. The facilities were well taken care of, very clean and stocked with all you could need.

We loved staying here! It was comfortable and lovely. We especially enjoyed starting and ending our days on the spacious deck enjoying the wonderful views. It was a very easy walk to Mass MOCA. We loved the recommendations we got for things to do in the area. We hope to stay here every time we go to Mass MOCA.

This was our second stay at Shawn's property in Wilmington, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were perfect for our needs, and we had a wonderful time. During our stay, we experienced a snowstorm, but Shawn was proactive in ensuring the entrance was cleared promptly, allowing us to come and go without any issues. His attention to detail and commitment to making our stay enjoyable truly stood out. We greatly appreciate his hospitality and look forward to returning in the future. We loved our stay at the Small Mansion on Chase Hill. David and Mátti were both very welcoming and proactive in their communication. The place itself was beautiful - full of light and plants, and charmingly decorated. The grounds were peaceful and very attractive. We immediately felt very comfortable. It was also extremely convenient to downtown North Adams. It was great to be able to walk to Mass MoCA and all the nearby shops etc. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.

Josh's place is even better than pictured. It's a very tastefully appointed apartment with furniture and artwork that elevate the experience and add to the overall quality of the stay. Excellent location, very walkable and quiet at the same time. Josh is a very responsive host who takes his role as host very seriously and addresses needs and questions very quickly and clearly. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I really enjoyed the space. It was clean, free of clutter and very cozy. The bed was comfortable and included a desk for workspace. It was quiet and had all the amenities you would need. I loved the gas fireplace and outdoor patio. I plan to return to the apartment in the future and highly recommend this location. Mary (the host) was very friendly and helpful. I had a great stay!

It was a joy to return to the peaceful, well-equipped and welcoming Tibet House! Arriving with snow on the ground and a few daffodils and tree buds showing signs of spring - what a treat to witness the bursting forth of blossoms over the next 10+ days. Located on a quiet street of lovely homes, trees and gardens, the main shopping/eating attractions are all an easy, pleasant walk away. Gretchen has outfitted the kitchen with every need in mind. The bed is SO comfortable and the entire space is immaculately clean and beautifully, thoughtfully decorated. Gretchen is a superb host of this lovely and restful "home away from home."

Marge was an amazing host who went to effort to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of. For example, in advance of our arrival she asked what type of bread and juice we preferred and if we wanted milk or cream for our coffee. She providd fresh eggs and even sent a dozen to our daughter who lives down the street. The apartment was welcoming, clean and cozy. The kitchen and pantry were well-supplied to meet our needs. We will definitely stay at Marge's next time we visit our daughter.

Wonderful place to stay in Amherst! Niels' suite was perfect for our group of 3. Bedrooms were large and comfortable, and the two en-suite bathrooms were well-equipped with toiletries, towels, and everything you'd need. The suite had gorgeous views of the surrounding area; although we encountered unusually cold temps and some rain, it would have been lovely to sit out on the deck and enjoy that view! But we were quite cozy inside :) Highly recommend if you are in the area - Niels' place is welcoming and very well designed for guests.

I had the most wonderful stay at Missy’s ! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true getaway. The highlight of the experience was definitely the hot tub – perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. We spent hours enjoying the relaxing bubbles under the stars. The fireplace inside added such a cozy touch, making the space feel warm and inviting. Missy was incredibly welcoming, providing thoughtful touches like extra blankets and local recommendations. The entire place was clean, stylish, and well-equipped. Highly recommend this retreat if you're looking for comfort and relaxation! Missy is an amazing host!!

We had a great stay at Nasuta Hills! Dan was always responsive and the 10 minute drive to the restaurants and stores in Brattleboro was very convenient. Would definitely come back again!

Very homey, fully equipped with all your needs plus some, easy parking, check and check out, comfy beds, this list goes on.. and Sandra is the best host ever!!!! Very friendly and accommodating. We have stayed here twice this year. Helen was a responsive host. Her house offers cozy hang out spaces, very comfortable beds, and a unique layout. We enjoyed the super clean hot tub, the ease of entering and locking the home, and the fact that it is pet friendly. It felt like a private retreat for my family to meet up close to UMass. I would love to go back there again!

Falcon's Nest was a fabulous place to stay in the area - everything there was clean and spotless, a truly homey feeling right from the start. The house itself is stylishly done - starting from architectural elements and through small details around the house. The grounds outside are breathtaking - there's an awesome hot tub, grill, fire pits, and a lake - beautiful nature all around. Location is very convenient to all landmark sights in the area and a variety of hiking trails. Johny and Kate were incredibly accommodating - quickly responding to all our questions and providing valuable recommendations. Overall, this was a great experience that exceeded our expectations!
