My stay was an absolute dream! Conveniently located, beautiful neighborhood for walks, peaceful and private. Kevin was an incredible host. He was super accommodating to my crazy schedule and changes. He responded to every message almost immediately. The space is cozy and comfortable. Everything you could ever need is right in unit. Bed was super comfortable and I had everything I needed.

Place was cozy and perfect for a weekend away. The place was very well equipped and we felt at home. Would definitely return.

Rented this place when I had to attend a event near Orlando. It was a little off the beaten path but timeframe wise it was decent “about 30 min” to the heart of the Disney parks. A good deal from someone that wants a little more like a kitchen and a actual sitting area aside from the beds and tv but also want a affordable option. It really makes no sense paying ridiculous Disney hotel prices when you’re just going to spend most of the time out and about.

This place was so nice for my daughter and I. We were welcomed with open arms and the place was just as described. We met the grounds keeper CC who was a joy to meet. It was quiet and conveniently located. We will definitely stay again.

Host was very easy to communicate with. Accommodated an early check in with us. Space is small and attached to home but still felt private. Pool is a shared space which didn’t bother us at all. The only struggle we faced was opening and closing the gate to the entrance to get to the private suite. It was hard to lift and latch. Other than that everything else was perfect. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. Close to the highway for travels. Enjoyed our stay thank you!

Beautiful room with Disney and Universal parks nearby. My girlfriend and I went to Epic Universe and it was 15 minutes away! Would recommend staying here for a trip to Orlando.

I chose this place for my best friend’s first visit to Florida. My own house is too small to accommodate guests, but I wanted someplace close. The Oasis at Hillside is within easy walking distance, so it was perfect! The hosts are wonderful! Very helpful and accommodating but also respectful of your own time. Beautiful pool and outdoor area to relax in. My friend and I especially loved their two Goldendoodles! So friendly, WELL behaved and totally charming! If you are a dog lover this will be an added treat for you! My friend and I highly recommend this wonderful, comfortable and homey place for your Florida getaway!

Awesome little house close to UCF

Easy to find, clear parking, great for 1 person, or 2 people if you’re just looking for a little place. Treats like Coca-Cola and chocolate at welcome. Have everything you need if you forget a razor or tooth brush when packing!

We had a wonderful stay at Bonsai House. From the start, Tatiana was incredibly kind and accommodating, even letting us arrive an hour before check-in. The house is cozy, with a vintage charm, super clean, comfortable, and wonderfully peaceful. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the back porch a couple of afternoons, and admiring the beautiful little bonsai tree garden they have that gives the home its name. By chance, we met Tatiana while letting our blind and deaf dog, Chase, explore the backyard. She was next door with her child and their chickens, and one morning we enjoyed the sight of a cute tortoise and a playful little cat just hanging out by the garden —such sweet, unexpected moments that made our stay even nicer, especially for our daughters. Tatiana was always responsive, helpful, and even offered us something very generous before we arrived, though we couldn’t accept due to timing. All in all , a memorable and heartwarming stay. Thank you Tatiana.

Very relaxing place to stay with easy access to Sanford Airport. The property feels very private, and the waterfront seating area is nice.

Milton’s place is located in a very quiet and peaceful area. We get really good rest every night. It is also in a very convenient spot, there are grocery store, gyms and gas stations very close by. He is very flexible with my schedule change and very responsive to my questions. We really enjoyed our stay at his place.

If Airbnb gave out Oscars, this host would win Best Supporting Role in Making My Trip Awesome. Zach was very friendly and helpful! . The place was spotless. Plus, his local tips were also great! If you want a stay thats smooth, fun, and full of good vibes, book this spot ASAP!

We had a great stay! Quiet and beautiful surroundings. Not far from grocery and restaurants and less than a mile to the Bella Collina where we attended a wedding! The hosts have a beautiful and welcoming space with plenty of privacy!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean. Independent building. Quiet area. Clear instructions taped to walls all around. Helpful with adjusting the mini-splits temperature and turning off the bright display at night. Bed comfortable with 2 thin and 2 thick pillows. Helpful check-in pictures describing the gate, otherwise it would be hard to find. For minor things that could be improved... Attention to aesthetic detail was lacking. Most can be seen in their pics… Packaging tape on edges of cabinet doors (previously kept some doors closed/prevented use?), large font on blue paper content signs stuck to cabinet doors. Location of TVs to seating areas not comfortable. If have thick hair, note the water pressure is on the lower side. These only minimally detract… Overall clean, quiet and comfortable location. Would stay again.
