Monthly Rentals in Alphington

We can thoroughly recommend both Maureen's Place and Clive. Maureen's place was immaculate, comfortable and easy to find. The breakfast and milk in the fridge was a really nice touch. On the first night, Clive introduced himself and made us feel welcome. We didn't need to disturb him after that, but I felt that if we had, it wouldn't have been a problem. Perfect all round. We come to Exeter a couple of times each year to visit our daughter and we won't think twice booking Maureen's Place again.

This is a lovely apartment in a quiet neighbourhood within easy reach of the city centre. It has been a great place to stay whilst working in Exeter and would make a nice base for anyone needing a base for a holiday in the area. Lacey has been very kind and supportive making the stay pleasurable, rather than just a base for work.

The Cabin is comfortable and private accommodation. Fantastic facilities for every day living and extremely clean. Jayne clearly has attention to detail. Totally enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Absolutely love this place the hosts live next door which was great when checking in and on call for any problems of which there was nothing, overall a great place to chill out and they also decorated it brilliantly for our Christmas stay.
