Patio with table and chairs, barbecue area overlooking the lake and trampoline for the children. By the lake wood-fired sauna for rent as well as rowboat & barbecue area you can use. Bed linens & towels can be rented. Cleaning can be booked.

Welcome, here you have a cheap home with a private entrance, bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with everything you need to cook simpler meals. Are you interested in travel? You live right next to Bergsåker's racetrack. There is a bus stop about 100m from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside My University on the way. If you have a car, you are free in the parking lot belonging to the house. Cleaning, bed linens and towels are included in the rental rate rate.

Cabin by the sea

Cabin on the land of the host. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in the price. The cottage was completely renovated in 2020 and is about 55 sqm, 50 meters to the sea and nice municipal beach. Fully tiled bathroom with underfloor heating. Small living room with Apple TV. It is possible to use a charging pole for an electric car at a cost of SEK 3/kWh. In winter, the floor can drag a little cold, there are slippers to borrow in the cottage. Please read the house rules before booking!

Cabin by the Sea, Sjöstuga

Sjöstugan ligger vid Björköfjärden, Bottenhavet. Sommartid finns det tillgång till liten motorbåt som ligger vid bryggan. Runt stugan finns ett trädäck. Byggnadsår 2009. Huset har fullt utrustat kök och diskmaskin, kyl och frys, badrum med dusch och toalett. Huset har ett sovrum med ställbara sängar och kök/vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och ett loft med två madrasser. Utomhus finns bord och solstolar. Vintertid när isen ligger är det utmärkt läge för vinterfiske, skridsko eller skidåkning.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Which is close to nature but also centrally located in Söråker. It is a completely newly built cottage with high standard standard. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer.

Here you have your own apartment, in part of our house, suited for up to 4 people. An extra bedroom in a cottage a few meters outside can be used during summer. You have 4 km into the town square. Busstop 100meters away from the apartment taking you strait there passing the university on the way. Close to the apartment you have a pizzaplace, hairsalone, foodstore and the horsetracks.

Newly built farmhouse at one of the country's best fishing waters,the Indalsälven outlet in the sea. The house is only about 150 meters from the beach. 5 min to Midlanda airport. 10 min to Birsta and 15 min to Sundsvall. Most nearby swimming areas. Very close to Bergeforsens ski stadium, riding stadium and Timrå IK's ice rink. 5-10 minutes to the Mid Nordic Cup.
