Monthly Rentals in Almayate

Very new apartment in very good condition and well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. Convenience store nearby, the beach and chiringuitos (beach restaurants) walk 10 minutes away. Vehicle needed to visit nearby. Owner reachable and responsive. For tours, by car, Estepona, Marbella and Granada (Alhambra) at about 1:30, Ronda at 1:45 and Cordoba at 2:00. A very nice stay as far as we are concerned.

Teresa's place is great. The view from the the terrace is stunning, the house is fully equipped, rooms are fine. Teresa really looks after you. Very responsive, caring and listening. If you are coming to this part of Andalusia, don't bother looking for anywhere else unless it is Teresa's other house nearby which is Casa Alegria which is also excellent.

the location is excellent, close to the sea, restaurants and shops, a location that allows you to easily get around by bus or car in Malaga Granada, Almeria, and all the tourist centers located on the other side of the Mediterranean Sea from Marbella to Almeria at decent times, the accommodation in which the apartment is completely quiet, cleanliness at the required level, my thanks again to Mr. César
