We loved staying at Altynay’s place. It’s walkable to Kok Tobe, Palace of the Republic and restaurants/cafes. It’s warm and well furnished inside. It was always cozy to go back from being outside in snowy time of the year. Thank you for having us, highly recommended.

The place was better then the pics. Karligash is an amazing host and the place was great for us. We were eight (four couples) and the place was more then adequate for us. The kitchen had all the utensils and more. The caretaker was always there without intruding into our privacy. At night we would leave things in the kitchen and she would work overnight to give us a spotless kitchen in the morning. The place is tooo big and in an open area with nice hills by the side. Quiet and open- what one needs for a vacation. There is a sauna in the property that can be used free of cost with a few hours notice. Clean towels, linen and everything. Thankyou.

A hospitable host for adequate guests.

To be honest, I am shocked, from the level of housing , it seems a relatively small house ,but everything is fresh and very harmonious ,also Berik paid a lot of attention to design and practicality, which is worth only the bathroom has all the accessories , hospitality and so on. There is bbq , this is almost the main reason for rest for our family , we were with small children without any problems at all. I rented many houses in Kazakhstan before, but this is the top one due to the level of service and competence of the host ,a huge Rahmet , we will definitely come back !

The house is very big and clean. They have private river in the backyard and it’s very peaceful. The best part was the garden. We enjoyed our time in the garden playing with our daughter. Highly recommended for family. We will definitely visit again.

Great place- best AirBnb I've stayed at in a long time. The house is large and very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. We like to prepare our own meals and nearby options for eating out were very limited so we really appreciated the well equipped kitchen. Sergey was very helpful and as present as we wanted him to be- above and beyond as a host, especially for this part of the world! There are 3 ski areas within a short drive and the entrance to the national park is right up the road.

Celebrated New Year's Eve at Daniyar's house from January 31 to January 2 Daniyar always responded promptly in the chat, met us and even helped our taxi driver push the stacked car. It was very pleasant to be in the house, everything is clean and cozy, there was also a TV and various games for the company. Me and my friends really liked everything, the guys also allocated heated floors in the house - this is what we all needed) Daniyar has prepared shampoo, shower gel, and toothbrush sets with paste for us I especially want to note the stunning view of the mountains, which was on the 2nd floor I noticed only one disadvantage - there are no food deliveries to the area. But we checked it in advance and took food with us for two days

Really nice place. You can go for small hikes nearby. Spend a day there. Wish could have stayed more.

A great apartment in a newer, modern building. 2 minute drive from the bus station. Not a far walk to subway either. We really enjoyed staying here — clean, well equipped, cozy, and friendly host. Would happily stay again!

Gulzhanat is very helpful and responsive super host, Great to stay at her place, Arbat Street, Green Bazar at walkable distance, grocery store is in building, childrn play area and sitting area is nice, overall cozy, convenient and comfortable place to stay, definitely recommend.

The host is very kind and responds quickly. The quality of the accommodation was so good that I was satisfied in every aspect from the moment I entered to the moment I left. I felt that the surrounding facilities were very neat and safe, whether it was because the accommodation was located in a rich neighborhood or a newly built apartment. The accommodation was spacious and pleasant, and I was satisfied with the 3 beds, 2 toilets, living room and kitchen. Everything was clean. This is a place with no disadvantages. As a Korean, I highly recommend it.

Very nice apartment

We had great time in Almaty. The place where we stayed was clean and cozy. Especially view was amazing. The permanent snow that is seen by the apartment was incredibly nice. I will never forget it. The host is very kind and nice.

Everything was beautiful. The most beautiful mountain view. Plenty of space. Despite our music and laughter, the neighbors did not complain. There are plenty of delicious restaurants around, and they cooked in the kitchen. There was a place for everything - we believe that we rented it very well.

The apartment matches the description. In the new building, it looks fresh, all new. Large size of rooms, comfortable bed, air conditioners. There is a courtyard, closed from cars, on the stylobate part. Among the disadvantages, you can note the location - it's a little far from the center. We got there mostly by taxi in 20 minutes
