Квартира соответствует описанию. В новом доме, выглядит свежо, все новое. Большой метраж комнат, удобная кровать, кондиционеры. Есть внутренний двор, закрытый от машин, на стилобатной части. Из минусов можно отметить местоположение - далековато до центра. Добирались в основном на такси за 20 мин

We had wonderful 8 days in Almaty in the apartment of Maksat! It is located slightly to the west of the main city center and most tourist attractions, but well connected by the Metro line (few minutes walk) and Taxi services. Sometimes an apartment just feels cozy - and this was definitely true here! Everything is exactly like in the pictures, but feels slightly larger. The kitchen is equipped well for most tasks and offers a very nice view. The bathroom has a modern feel to it and a great shower, the bedroom offers much space to store clothing. Also, the 24/7 mini market in the house turned out surprisingly big and quite useful. Overall I am very happy that we found this place. I can highly recommend it, as well as it’s professional owner.

Всё было прекрасно. Красивейший вид на горы. Полно места. Не смотря на нашу музыку и хохот - соседи не жаловались. Вокруг полно вкусных ресторанов, да и на кухне готовили. Было место для всего - считаем, что очень удачно арендовали.

Symbat is a great Host... The apartment is very cozy with Beautiful Mountains and River view... We had a great stay. It is at a walkable distance from Sairan metro. The apartment is well guarded and has good security system. Very Peaceful place with great amenities. The place has 24*7 grocery shop as well. Symbat was very helpful at all the times. She helped us with everything. Symbat is definitely a great host...We hope to stay here again... 😊

Yerzhan was a great host, and the apartment was a quiet, comfortable and stylish place to stay! It is located in a larger facility with a restaurant and pool, but we stayed during the off season, so they weren't open, except for the restaurant on the weekend. The space was well decorated, and rooms comfortable and heated in the floors. The building manager was very helpful. We were able to easily order in food delivery.

A two-story villa features a beige exterior with white accents and multiple windows. A manicured lawn surrounds the building, complemented by neatly trimmed hedges and flowering plants. The roof includes a small chimney, indicating a cozy atmosphere. Natural light enhances the overall appearance.

Fantastic apartment and I highly recommend. Very close to a tube (5 min walk) so decent location for exploring Almaty. The flat was spotless Madina was nice and friendly, everything was just as I'd hoped. Loved my time in Kazakhstan, thank you Madina!

Amazing location next to Mega and beautiful mountain views! Moldir was always responsive, helpful and flexible for check-in and checkout times. The place was very clean, matched the description and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend this place!
