The Guest House @ Cherry Tree Farm

Welcome to Cherry Tree Farm, Cromwell. Stay in our beautiful self contained guest house set within the gardens of our urban farm and cherry orchard. The Guest House comprises an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The living area has a sofa and a daybed. A separate bedroom offers a Queen bed and there is a bathroom with shower. The living area can also be converted to accomodate either 2 single beds or a king double. This makes The Guest House a perfect space for up to 4 people.

Our cosy cottage is nestled amongst the vines at the home of Wild Irishman Vineyard. It offers 2 spacious bdrms w Queen beds & w/robes. Situated only 4mins drive to both Clyde & Alexandra, you're just moments to the Central Otago Rail Trail & Lake Dunstan trail among others. After cycling & exploring this wonderful region, take a swim in the shallows of the Clutha River (access at the bottom of our site) or relax in the sun on your own balcony. Your well behaved dog is welcome too!

Rail Trail Retreat - Loft

Loft space upstairs (separate entrance) in landscaped gardens set back from road. We welcome everyone & pets with prior agreement. King-size bed. Double bed settee. Breakfast $15 pp per day. Electric bikes $40 pp per day. Due to some extra cleaning needed after dogs have stayed we charge $10 per dog :) Please note there is a luxury caravan available for overflow should the need arise or if, as occasionally happens, we are double-booked. This will cost an extra amount per night.

All beds have recent new mattresses, near new leather lounge suite. As this is our family holiday home since 1970 we have kept the kitchen and dining table original. We have fibre broadband for wifi and a modern TV that allows for streaming and Netflix. Bathroom water pressure in shower is low but adequate.
