Very spacious apartment, all necessary utensils are available , very well equipped with superior quality equipment, quiet area and easy access to all points of interest of Olhão , close to the boat that takes us to the various islands and easy access to several beaches in the region . The apartment is very accessible to the harbour and beach areas with great food and drinking extremely close. The pool area is clean and easily accessible and the staff within the building were extremely helpful even when we wanted fresh towels. I’ve stayed in Vilamoura a good number of times and normally we stay a little bit further out but it was fun to be in the marina and I was really surprised that we got so little noise at night from any of the Bars, which was a lovely surprise

It was a perfect stay, lovely accomodation with perfect facilities and communication. On walking distance to the centre of Lagos and good base to see the surrounsings/sceneries.

Great apartment, great location - in between Old Town and the ‘New Town’ strip. Huge supermarket (Continente) and shopping mall close by. Only 10min drive to Algarve Shopping. Very clean apartment, all of the amenities you need including Washer + Dryer. Would 100% recommend and stay again.

The apartment is ideally situated right by the river, 5 minutes from the lovely local beach and with 3 good fish restaurants almost next door. Walk up the stairs to the roof and enjoy the 360 degree views of the Ria Formosa and inland to the mountains.

we have stayed at many apartments at Balaia over the years and MIchels was one of the best. Really lovely position, close to the pool, large garden space and the apartment was so well stocked with all the essentials you would need for a comfortable stay (we stayed a month). Michel was a great and responsive host checking we had arrived and settled in ok. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely apartment - we hope to stay again soon

This is a great place to stay. It’s in a quieter part of the city but still close enough to the tourists sites. Perfect for 2 people or a family of 4. Not great access for physically challenged. Be prepared the bed is very firm. Overall we had a great stay.

Very private, peaceful. Very friendly, helpful, responsive, always available staff. In the backyard pool, pool towels. Large, spacious suite with fully equipped kitchen, washer, comfortable big bed, spacious living room, everything is super clean and tidy. Everything about it was perfect. I recommend it.

We had an excellent stay ar Casa Jasmin. The place was as listed. Jasmin was waiting for us for the check-in process, and she showed us all the apartment. There is a close supermarket. Beds were confortable

Michael is a great host, and his accommodation was more than we expected. It is situated in a nice and quiet area, very close to the main attractions. Very clean, everything, very spacious (more than can be seen in pictures). I like very much the space for the office with a lot of natural light, where you can work very well. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (we stayed a week), and it was a pleasure to have breakfast at home. Michael wait for us with a lot of food in the fridge and fresh croissants, fruits for us and for the kids. A very tasty wine it was also available for us. We really feel like at home with everything that we need, and we had a very nice stay. Highly recommend it! Thank you!

Martin and Den could not have been more accomodating from start to finish. We felt like we were staying with friends After a month with them it's clear how much they care for their guests as well making the camp as comfortable as possible. The terrace view is lovely and there is plenty of space to relax in. our little dog really felt at home too. we rented surf equipment and everything went great, Martin even helped us out with a couple of useful tips. we can't praise Den and Martin enough for thier kindness and professionalism. we will be staying in contact and hope to see you both again soon! Giorgia's apartment is as described. The patio is beautiful Everything is very clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay. Everything is well located and allows you to roam on foot. It's quiet. Giorgia is friendly and accommodating for suitcases. I would recommend it 100%
