Mayling’s flat in Salamanca is perfect for a couple looking to explore Madrid. It is in a quiet street so there is no noise at all even though it is on the ground floor, everything is walking distance and there are plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Mayling was also an exceptional host. She came to check us into the flat even though we arrived at 10pm, and was responsive and flexible throughout. She was very thoughtful and even left us a bottle of wine and some chocolate to enjoy during our stay. The flat is clean and cozy, and priced very well relative to some of the hotels in the area. She is also a superhost so she has a lot of experience dealing with tourists coming to visit her city, always willing to help and provide guidance. I would not only recommend her flat to anyone visiting Madrid, but I cannot wait to come back with my wife again..!!

It is a vacation apartment that fit the three of us perfectly as a vacation apartment. It was very clean and everything was available for everyday needs, especially for cooking. It is about a three-minute walk from the nearest metro station. The bus stop is even closer. Andrea gave very good instructions in advance by means of a PDF. We found the apartment very quickly and Andrea answered promptly if we had any questions. The apartment is a bit dark. But that was totally okay, as it was always very bright and warm outside. You don't go on vacation to be in the apartment during the day. Bottom line, highly recommended.

My partner and I decided to rent Ignacio's house for a week because of its good appearance and our expectations were definitely met. As soon as we arrived, everything was very clean and tidy and we felt very comfortable throughout the stay. We found it difficult to park in the neighborhood at the last minute the first few days, but Ignacio gave us access to the garage and it was a nice touch on his part. We will definitely repeat more times, we really liked the accommodation.

Accommodation in a very convenient location for visiting the entire center of Madrid on foot. An area surrounded by greenery and very quiet. Easy to get to from the airport by public transport. Equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Clean and comfortable. Congratulations and thank you for your hospitality

Luz's place, while small, is perfect for a tourist stay. The location is its main attribute, it's excellent. The heating is at an ideal point. Communication is also something I appreciate that from the time of booking it was easy and practical. Luz and Altair were very attentive, it took a little longer than the warned time to arrive due to a setback and still they were waiting for me with a good attitude. My only criticism would perhaps be regarding the cleanliness of kitchen utensils, at least the things we used just to see them didn't look very well washed.

We had a great stay at Alicia's apartment! The place was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. Alicia was very friendly and welcoming, and communication with her was quick and easy. We felt right at home and would definitely book again in the future. Highly recommended!

Amazing apartment managed by a lovely family. We highly recommend it. Very comfortable beds, high ceilings, very well decorated, shampoo and bath foam provided… everything was just PERFECT.

This rental is the perfect spot for a city stay in Madrid! Such a beautiful unit and close by to so many things! You have utensils to cook or just walk outside to the many restaurants! I will gladly recommend this rental to anyone staying in Madrid.

A great place and location. Walkable, but literally one block to the metro station as well. Hosts were super responsive and also flexible, as we were able to check-in several hours early based on our arrival. Would definitely stay here again!

Maria’s place was perfect for both of us. We felt really comfortable and we were able to get anywhere we wanted fairly easy. She is a great host and her friend also gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to go. Carrefour express is next door, the metro is so closed too. We will be back!

Our host was very helpful getting into the apartment; they were always very responsive and made our stay easy and enjoyable. The apartment was clean, had great amenities and was centrally located. The outdoor space made this a great choice for our trip.

The apartment was exactly like the photos and description. Location was great - easy to reach important sights and the metro, and most importantly we felt safe going back at night.
