This is a great private house located south of Madrid. The living room is a very generous size and has all the amenities listed. Located in a residential areas makes this a very quiet and practical place to stay.

I recommend Jaime's home 100%,the house is great,we were a Family of 6 and our pets. We feel at all times as in our own home,the views are wonderful to the Sierra de Guadarrama. The super complete and very well cared for development, it has everything to enjoy,pools,restaurant, tennis courts,padel..And Jaime was available at all times..Thank you very much for having had a wonderful vacation in your home..Repeat Seguro.

This apartment exceeded all our expectations again. The terrace is simply spectacular, perfect for enjoying the fresh air even in winter. The interior of the apartment was spotless: clean, beautifully decorated, and very cozy. The kitchen was fully equipped for preparing our meals, and the living room was perfect for relaxing with the family after a day of exploring. Plus, the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. The location was also ideal, close to everything we needed, yet in a quiet area where we could unwind. The host, Javier, was exceptional—always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed, making our stay even better. I highly recommend this place. This was our second time staying at this apartment and we’ll definitely be back!

We went by car, the area is white and we were able to park very close. The building is new as well as the flat. The apartment is very comfortable, a 10 to the heating by radiators, good towels and the kitchen equipped with everything, you can really notice that Daniel is keen on his hosting job. If you are going to move by private car and go for work is an option to recommend.
