Peaceful getaway on Lake Rosalie w/ 4,530 ac of beautiful water w/ bass, catfish and crappie fishing. Birds routinely viewed from the dock include eagles, osprey, sandhill cranes, herons and more! Often making an appearance are a pair of otters and the Florida alligator! Morning sunrise over the lake from the sunroom or the dock is one of our favorite times! Add a cup of coffee is the best! Rowboat, golf cart, large patio w/grill and pier & dock to view the wildlife and enjoy time at the lake!

Our property is located in a quiet neighborhood in the City of Lake Wales. Supermarkets can be found 5-7 minutes away from the house. Legoland Waterpark is 14 miles. Orlando Disney World Parks, SeaWorld Orlando, Universal Studios Florida 49 miles away. Note: The house shares the entry with another house. (Check pictures)

Freshly Renovated Home

Cute older house with modern amenities. Located right downtown within a block from the playpark, Lake Wailes lake, walking path, and the historic downtown shopping area. All of the appliances in the home are brand new, as well as the washer and dryer. There is a large TV in the living room, as well as one in each bedroom - each with Roku and Netflix. Each bedroom also has a mini split A/C unit to sleep as cold, or hot, as you like. Parking is in the rear covered carport.
