Quiet spot close to beautiful beaches

Vincenzo was very welcoming and helpful, giving us a lift from and to the train station. The flat is great, very clean, well equipped with everything we needed for the vacation. It is a bit small for five people but still worked great for us (two adults and three 16 year old). Already for 4 or 3 people it is great, for two you will have plenty of space. The location is fantastic, a minute away from the beach (and the bay itself is worth the trip), a couple minutes away from a bakery (you can buy wine where as well!), few minutes away from a supermarket and pizzeria. It is not directly at the bay which is a good thing, as it is quite at night (streets near the bay are active and loud till late). All-in-all, highly recommended, an excellent choice for a vacation. Definitely coming back again.

superbe séjour dans la propriété de Roberto, avec vue panoramique à couper le souffle,dans un très joli jardin située à 30 minutes de palerme, 20min de segeste... Roberto est un hôte très accueillant, sympathique ,de bons conseils, très disponible et réactif, et nous a même amené quelques douceurs pour le petit déjeuner. une adresse à conseiller !

Wir sind zum Kiten nach Sizilien gekommen und dafür war die Unterkunft perfekt - die Nähe zum Kite Spot ist super, die kleine Terrasse vor der Tür zum Neo trocknen auch. Wir hatten alles notwendige, was wir gebraucht haben. Alessio ist ein netter Host und war für uns immer erreichbar.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr nahe am Strand. Alles war so wie angegeben. Die Kommunikation war super, Vita war sehr flexibel bei der Ankunft und auch beim Checkout. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Le casette sono più belle di come vengono rappresentate nelle foto: c’è un bellissimo giardino tutto intorno, e ogni casa ha un piacevole spazio all’aperto, che sia un bel terrazzo, come nel nostro caso, o un patio, o un giardino. La nostra casetta era molto pulita, nuova e spaziosa. Leonardo è stato sempre disponibile e proattivo nelle comunicazioni. La posizione è perfetta. Grazie!

This place was an amazing location, walking distance to main sites including Catedrale. Getting in and out of Airbnb was very easy and we especially loved the terrace. Leandro was a great communicator. We would recommend to a friend!

Erice is particularly nice in the evenings when the tourist crowd is gone. And to spend the night at Elena‘s flat is the place to be. I really enjoyed my time. Elena is also super nice, very helpful and excellent communication. Can only recommend it.

Brilliant place to stay with fantastic, kind host. Lots of garden space and huge pool. Host was so helpful and relaxed helping us out all the time. Lyra the dog was so fun and friendly. Kids loved playing with her. Short drive from loads of beaches, restaurants etc. highly recommend!

Everything was perfect, Salvatore is a perfect vote. Accessible, proactif and know perfectly his country, all advices from him was so good. His home is perfect to be not so far from town but quiet as we wanted!! The view was so beautiful from our wake up , just open eyes from the bed and you see wonderful seaside view. Thanks for everything Salvatore, for sur well come back to your villa.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Paolo, les hôtes ont été très à l’écoute et disponibles pour des recommandations de commerces à proximité ou des conseils d’utilisation des équipements disponibles. La vue sur mer est magnifique et la villa était très bien équipée et adaptée pour un groupe de 8 personnes.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Livia. The house is spacious, tastefully decorated, and very well maintained, with lovely views both inside and out. Even though we were a large group, there was plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable and relaxed. The location is ideal for exploring the Parco Naturale dello Zingaro and other nearby sights, and we enjoyed shopping at the excellent local market for ingredients to cook meals at home. Livia was welcoming and thoughtful, and we appreciated the kind gift on arrival. Our time here was peaceful, fun, and a great base for discovering the area. We would gladly return.

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful villa! The rooms are spacious and cozy, spotlessly clean, and the interior is thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail, making our stay incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the pool with its stunning view — the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The villa is nestled among orange and peach orchards, which added a magical, peaceful atmosphere to the whole experience. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help. The location is also perfect: a quiet, picturesque area, yet conveniently close to shops and local attractions. We would definitely love to come back!

Stayed for a few days. Firstly confusing to locate the driveway, it comes up quickly from the highway. Giuseppe arranged to meet us and let us in. Place was spotless clean and bright. The minute you saw the balcony with the view it relaxed you. Located not far from Palermo on a main road. Restaurants are all along the road in either direction. Supermarket is a down the street also. Kitchen has all the needed appliances Balcony has Lounge chairs, seating area and a barbecue. Would book this again if ever in the area for an extended time, so you are able to enjoy all the amenities. AAA+

Die Kommunikation mit Sebastiano war sehr gut und immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist einfach,gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten zum Strand mit leckerem Restaurant. Mit dem Mietwagen haben wir die Städte Marsala, Erice und Trapani problemlos erkunden können. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter und würden jederzeit wieder her kommen. unsere Reisezeit war Ende Mai. Monika und Heinz aus Bayern

Dario was a very professional host and was helpful in giving tips for tourism and restaurants. The house has great outdoor areas to relax and is a quick drive to restaurants, beach, highway, etc. We were pleased with our stay and will be sure to return.

La casa è situata in una zona dell'isola molto bella, silenziosa ed immersa nella natura, è di recente costruzione, arredata con buon gusto, molto pulita ed ha tutto il necessario per passare le vacanze in totale tranquillità. I proprietari hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole, disponibili e molto accoglienti si sono prodigati nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze di viaggio. La comunicazione prima del viaggio e durante il soggiorno è stata sempre veloce efficiente. Li ringrazio pubblicamente e consiglio vivamente di soggiornare presso la loro struttura.

outstanding host, beautiful Appartement, highly recommendable

Very nice hosts and kind. The apartment is located literally at 3 minutes walk from the beach with an amazing spot for the sunset. Also very easy to park the car and it has a supermarket a few seconds from the apartment. Couldn’t recommend it more
