Casa Arriba Village House in Zarra

Casa Arriba is situated on the edge of the quaint village of Zarra, which is nestled in the Valencian hills. The house is large enough to cater for a group of family or friends and cosy enough for two. It is a short walk from the village square where you will find a couple of bars and a shop, there is also a van that sell vegetables that comes on Wednesday and Saturday, that will meet all your immediate needs. The house is ideally located for a quiet escape and enjoyable walking routes.

Located in Pleno Paraje Natural del Riu Nou and located on the banks of the river. Casa Riu Nou, offers a peaceful space of 120 m² distributed on 2 floors with a patio and a terrace. On the ground floor you will find a large dining room, kitchen, toilet and access to the patio. The first floor, has a double room, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and a terrace. Environment : Recreational picnic area, barbecue, paellero, children's play area and swimming area in the river.

A single-storey family home with pool (between late May and early October), large garden and ample parking. The owner has a loft apartment/studio, which is independently accessed, although I'm often not there. The property has a large kitchen diner leading to a barbecue area. Outside dining is wonderful in the summer and the raised decking area by the pool gives glorious views across to the hills. A large wood burner warms the living room for those winter stays.

The top floor has a terrace with a paellero/ barbecue with unbeatable views. We are just 5 minutes from Chulilla, 10 from Chelva and 30 from Valencia. Very close to us, you can enjoy unique places, different routes and activities.
