On the day of arrival we arrived very late and we were taken care of very well to do the chek in already the next day. They told us very well how to get there and what we could do about the area. Beds are large and comfortable. All the home amenities are just as and how they are offered in the listing. Definitely if we find ourselves in the area we repeat

We only stayed at Eva’s for one night, but it was the perfect location for our time in Albacete. The location was in walking distance from all the shops and bars, the communication from the host was also great throughout. I would recommend for here as a place to stay for anyone!

We are so grateful to have had a great stay at this lovely apartment. After being let down by another accomodation and being somewhat stranded, we were lucky to come across Grego's accommodation in Tibi and that it was available for the few nights we had left for our stay. This accommodation is in a quiet village with easy commutes to places such as Alicante, Elche and Benidorm. The apartment was very clean, modern with lots of amenities and stunning views. Grego responded quickly to any questions we might have and we felt very welcomed.

An excellent place to stay. A beautiful home and garden, with lower level apartment accommodations, pool, sauna and garden, off street parking, exceptionally clean and up to date, exactly as described. Best AirBnB I have ever rented in Valencia. Jaanus is an exemplary host, while I did not meet with him at check in due to an unexpected emergency, he did communicate with me consistently and promptly, and his son was available to help with check in and any questions I had during my stay. Hope to return during the summer months, and will definitely stay with Jaanus again if available. Definitely five star!

The apartment is very good, spacious and with all the amenities and with all the amenities and is very well located. It is in the center near a park and where there are a lot of restaurants. Communication with Ignacio was always easy and quick.

Very well cared for and current decor. A very cozy place to stay. The contrast of the image of the entrance to the building is surprising with what you then find when opening the door of the apartment.

Simply perfect. Location, cleanliness, furnishings, kindness… In addition, Albacete is perfect for a family day. With tranquility but enjoying a city designed for the citizens (pedestrian) and for the children (many green and children's parks). 100% recommended
