Vacation rentals with a patio in Alacantí

Sarah's house is very well furnished, it's nice, clean, bright and fresh. Sarah is very friendly and nice and it was a pleasure to meet her. We traveled for the first time with our 7-month-old babies and it was perfect. We enjoyed our stay in the heights of El Albir, the views of the mountains are spectacular at sunset, the walk to the lighthouse is very nice and the complex where the apartment is located is very quiet and beautiful (and with a pool!) We'll be happy to come back!

Great stay, lovely place and well thought out and fully equipped kitchen. We travelled with a 2 year old and literally had everything we would need down to the plates and cutlery for kids. Hot tub was great with a nice garden space. We all enjoyed our stay and would deffos look to book this place again on our next visit

We really highly recommend this place! Everything was perfect: The landlord is super friendly, responds quickly and reliably, and also on site everything was well organized thanks to the lovely lady who warmly welcomed us. The apartment is modern, newly furnished and incredibly clean – we have rarely felt so comfortable anywhere! The beds were also very comfortable, we slept very well. A special highlight was the beautiful terrace with fantastic sea views, which put a smile on our faces every morning. The location is ideal: In a few minutes you can reach both the city and the beautiful, spacious and clean beach. For those who like to be mobile, the quiet and well-kept complex offers the perfect starting point for relaxed excursions. We will definitely be happy to come back! A massive thank you to the lovely hosts!

The accommodation is as shown in the photos. Vicente is very friendly and is always attentive to the issue of check in and check out. The beach is located less than 5 minutes walking and the center of the village is about 7 min. Everything was very clean and tidy. The small terrace is a luxury to go out in the evenings for a while. We would definitely do it again.

We had a lovely two week stay at this apartment, very clean and had everything we needed for the stay. WiFi fast and no problems connecting to it, nice washing machine and good hot water and shower. Only small thing was lack of instructions for the electric cooker hob as we use gas at home, this was easily solved with a quick search online. Rudolf was excelent and always available, we recommend this apartment and we have been in many over the years.

We had a fantastic week at Maria's apartment. The location is unbeatable: in a quiet area, perfect for rest, and only 50 meters from the beach, literally four steps away. In addition, the promenade that surrounds it is huge and beautiful, ideal for long walks. The area is very accessible and comfortable to get around. The apartment was impeccable in terms of cleanliness and very well equipped, with all kinds of appliances and amenities. The hosts were lovely and always attentive to any need. Without a doubt, if we return to the area, we will repeat. Totally recommendable!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Gran Alacant! The place was perfect for our family. The pool was a highlight, especially for the kids, and the beautiful terrace gave us many cozy evenings outdoors. The furnishings of the house are modern, very tasteful and there was everything we needed. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend this house. The house is great, it has everything you can ask for in the house, conpleted kitchen, it has a spectacular patio is huge, the beach 4 minutes with promenade with many bars and if you want to walk to Santa Pola in 40 minutes you arrive, by car 5 min. Luciana very kindly welcomed us and let us in before the hour, she put us several messages if everything was okay, she answers very quickly the messages, the truth that I would repeat this house. 100% recommended.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at La Casa de la Luna. The apartment is not only comfortable and clean, but also has stylish design elements that inspired us to shoot some content for social media. We found everything we needed, and the host provided useful tips to make our visit even better. The location is ideal—quiet yet within walking distance to the beach, the castle, and the old market. I highly recommend it!

House has everything you need for your stay including dishwasher and washing machine. Nice to have a coffee machine and pods. Great kitchen. Nearest shop a 5 to 10 mins walk, so would be nice for a bottle of water to be provided for arrival in the fridge after travel, as there is not a shop at the urbanisation. House nice and close to the lovely beach and the bus stops. 5 to 10 mins walk to restaurants. Favourite things were the lovely beach close by ans a trip to Alicante City on the bus which is a lovely City.

Excellent apartment, spacious living room, beautiful large terrace, 2 very neat bathrooms. Everything was available in the kitchen, including things to cook with (pepper and salt, oil and vinegar, herbs). The garden and swimming pool are well maintained and look beautiful. I had a nice stay, with an excellent host, even though everyone had bad luck with the weather in Spain this spring!

Great apartment in a fantastic location, everything is close by. Shops, beach, restaurants. short distance to the bus terminal. Good standard with everything you would expect from a modern apartment.

The apartment was super clean and has everything you need to enjoy yourself. The owner's attention was very good. The only thing is maybe its location, but we could definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this apartment, with 4 people. And it war very comforatable and fitting for us. There is A grocery store very near so we were able eat at the house aswell. Overall very nice and absolutely stunning view from the apartment. Thank you Jurgita!

The accommodation was close to restaurants and shopping. The pictures were accurate. The terrace is very nice. Good that the parking is also available in the garage or on the street. Washing the kitchen dishes (which we already used) could have been more thorough. Communication was lacking,although later Ewa told us she was not in Spain.

Overall, really good value for money. Nice big space, well-equipped and fast broadband which is what I was looking for. Location-wise it's a few mins walk to the lovely little cove-style beach where you can get the usual coffees, tapas, restaurant meals, a few decent sized supermarkets etc. And if you go the other direction, you're right at the start of Benidorm's two famous beaches. The only point I'd make regarding location is that it's on a smallish hill which I don't mind at all but worth bearing in mind. And it can get v windy -depending on the wind direction, you can hear it at night, so maybe bring earplugs. But in general, the location for me was a big plus - I hadn't realised there's an amazing cliff/beach walk all the way to Villajoyosa and if you're not quite up to that, there are other shorter - but fairly steep - walks with some great viewing points. On this note, it's worth going to floor 43 at the nearby Gran Bali and the viewing platform/bar...
