It was a joy to stay at Mazin's place during our time in Oman. We wanted a calm location where we could rest but easily access main areas of Muscat etc, and this apartment was an absolute gem. It felt like a little home away from home. Every detail was very considered - it was immaculate, smelt beautiful and Mazin is incredibly kind, helpful and generous as a host! The balconies are perfect to relax on in the evenings or to watch the sunrise from in the morning, and the front room has a smart TV for easy viewing. Location was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood ~5 minutes away from the supermarket and ~20 minutes from Seeb Beach and many other key locations. Highly recommend!

Mohammed's house is neat and located perfectly just before the Balcony walk, the only reason I chose to stay there. The location is perfect and peaceful. Since we are vegetarian, we carried our own food, but there is an Omani family nextdoor who were offering home cooked meals. I plan to revisit next month with a friend visiting Muscat.

We loved staying here. It was truly a luxurious experience which was perfect for us on our relaxing stay in Nizwa. It is close by to the old city just an 8 minute drive (mainly taken up by needing to uturn as it’s on the other side of the highway). The pool and hot tub were fantastic and the rooms were wonderful. The place is extremely clean, smells amazing, is beautiful and looks better than the pictures! The bathrooms were also very comfortable and the amenities were great. Parking is also easy. At one point during the day one of the neighbors was doing construction and that night they also put unpleasant smelling fertilizer which made it more difficult for us to enjoy outside but the host assured us this is not typical and the smell was gone by the morning and we relaxed outside again. The host is also very responsive and forgiving and helped us a lot during our stay. If you are hesitating to book this place, do not hesitate. Book your stay with Azzan now and thank me later!

We loved this place, so spacious, modern and clean! Host was always very responsive & gave clear instructions. We were able to borrow an iron upon request which was brought to us within minutes. The heated pool was fantastic! I miss it already. Nice quiet area with total privacy. Best to have a car if you’re staying here. We would recommend this accommodation! :)

Booked via Airbnb, but actually a villa in a resort complex. And this villa is absolutely fantastic. It’s quiet, spacious, and offers all the amenities you would expect from a hotel. There’s even a small kitchenette with a stovetop for those who want to cook… 😉 Everything was perfect for us! Highly recommended.

The property is clean, the location is great and has many hypermarkets/mall and restaurants around. The secondary bathroom is small for an above average built person; kitchen could be better equipped and side tables could be a plus for the second room with twin beds. Salim is very responsive and was always available on text. He accommodated our late check out request which is very nice of him to do. Overall I would recommend his place.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect.

Words would fall short if I begin to praise Anu. He was super super helpful. Made our stay extremely helpful and easy breezy. He not only gave stellar local recommendations and acted as personal guide, he helped us through our trip including when we called him from afar asking for help when our car broke down. Anu is a gem! He was super friendly and the place is super neat and comfortable. The rooms/linen/bathrooms, everything absolutely clean and tidy. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved our stay here. 10/10 would recommend and if I ever visit again, staying here itself again.

We had a fantastic stay at Maryam's apartment in Seeb! The house is exactly as shown in the photos: spacious, clean, and well-furnished. Check-in was easy thanks to the self check-in system, and Maryam was always available for any questions. The location is convenient and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. Staying at this villa is an amazing experience. The villa itself is luxurious, elegant, clean, spacious, and a work of art. It is exquisite on any level. It is near the highway yet away from it to provide peace and quiet. The villa has everything you can imagine or will need. The furniture is beyond elegant, rich, and comfortable, and the service you will get there is more than excellent. You will get royal treatment and feel very pampered. Your stay will be super comfortable, relaxing, enjoyable and luxurious. There are no words or photos that can do justice to this villa. I fell in love with it and hope I will get the chance to stay there again. So, I urge everyone who might be the slightest interest to stay there to please try it.
