Mohammed's house is neat and located perfectly just before the Balcony walk, the only reason I chose to stay there. The location is perfect and peaceful. Since we are vegetarian, we carried our own food, but there is an Omani family nextdoor who were offering home cooked meals. I plan to revisit next month with a friend visiting Muscat.

I had a wonderful stay at Waleed's place. The accommodation was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-located. Waleed was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. Naseer was an extremely helpful and accommodating host. He went above and beyond and made us feel very very welcome. He even checked in occasionally to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed. if you're looking for a quiet getaway in Oman then look no further! Strongly recommend!

Munta’s chalet is a perfect place for who is looking for peace, quality time and wants to enjoy nature. The villa looks like what photos show. We were 8 adults and 3 kids. I think that the perfect number (considering the number of bedrooms) is 6/8 persons Munta has been super disposal and he has satisfied our single request. I recommend it!!

The house was better than our expectations, the pool and jacuzzi are even bigger in reality. The room was clean, everything was fine, clean kitchen, clean pool, we had a little problem with the air conditioning but Mohamed found us a solution and fixed it right away, he is responsive to all our messages, it's really the best of hosts. We decided to extend our stay so peaceful! Thank you very much to Mohamed. You can rent without a second thought. Thank you so much!

We loved this stay so much. The host really thinks of every single detail and makes the stay so much more comfortable. He also shared great local tips. We stayed here for our honeymoon and during this busy trip our stay was the perfect accommodation to come home to to relax. The accommodation was really clean, beautifully decorated and we loved the privacy and quiet location. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back!

the house is located in a beautiful landscape, very quiet and peaceful.On entering the property you feel immediately comfortable and at home.The house is generous and friendly and comfortably built with a good equipment.The outdoor area and beautiful pool invite you to relax. It is not far from Muscat Airport.The homeowner was very friendly, helpful and responded and acted quickly.The housekeeper also provided a great service and did everything quickly and well.We were so comfortable in Abdullah's house that we will be back on our next visit to Muscat.

We had a great time. The house is spacious and well-kept and for us it was a great base camp for exploring the fantastic Jabel Akhdar mountains. The owner and guardian were always available and guaranteed regular cleaning, quick feedback and a lot of courtesy. We would come back without any hesitation.
