Great place! The beach is very quiet and during the week days in June it was basically private for us. The view is amazing. The location is a bit remote, and although the hosts were very kind to not leave us starving, be prepared with your groceries. The closest shop is 20 minutes away by car. The sea has amazing blue water. If you seek a bit of “get away from people” this is a definite go-to place. If you expect life, cities and beaches full with people and bars - don’t bother.

Excellent stay at Agios Ioannis ; the place is perfect if you are looking for a huse with mind blowing seaview, easy access to beaches (don't miss Plaka beach, a bit further away on the left, beautiful, quiet, sandy) and restaurantS. Federico has been "presnet" at all times when need be. I have been a superhost for more than seven years now in Paris and i can guarantee that Federico fully deserves the title of mega superhost ! thanks Federico for the energy and attention to details you re putting behind the management of such a nice place.

Delightful house surrounded by nature! Beautiful, clean, with very special decor. It combines mountain with sea. We enjoyed the tranquility and the nice aura he gave us. Mrs. Anastasia is very helpful, helpful, cheerful and is there for you for anything you need! We highly recommend it!!

Christos was very welcoming, very friendly. He accompanied us and showed us what to do and visit. The views are stunning. Great big diving balcony! Contemplating this landscape and sleeping with the sound of waves is fantastic. Access by road is certainly difficult because it goes up a lot and then you have to go down the stairs but we are rewarded with the beauty of the place despite some small imperfections. Excellent stay. Thank you Christo!

Pelion is a wonderful area, but the access to the east side is not easy due to the high altitude differences (serpentine and narrow roads). The disadvantage is also an advantage, as there is no congestion and a very friendly and peaceful environment, with unique natural beauty. The apartment is immaculate, the beds are comfortable, extreme terrace with a wonderful view. The apartment has direct access to the beach (this means a private beach in a small cove - but you have to get used to the steps.) The charming local tavernas are within easy reach of the apartment and are located next to beautiful beaches. The host Kostas is very friendly, hospitable, quickly available, flexible, and helpful.

Such a lovely house in a wonderful location with great views and epic sunrises. Beautiful, clean and really well equipped. Remote and surrounded by nature, but Damouchari with pretty beach and tavernas is only a 20 minute walk from the house. We would recommend the lovely coastal walk to Fakistra beach, beyond. Note: We hired a 'SUV' for the trip, but it was only just able to manage the access track, we should have been specific and got a 4x4
