The is a family house, simple, pleasent and authentic. The natural surroundings are amazing. The silence is incredible. Meni and Andreas, the owners, are very nice people and we felt the love they invested in every detail. Thanks 🙏

Niki is a lovely host, happy to help with anything and very friendly. The home is nice, cool during the hot days and in good location near the beach and supermarket. I would stay there again!

Lovely place to stay and well set up - we had a very comfortable couple of days Fabulous to be welcomed with fresh produce most of which was home grown in the fridge and a bottle of wine as well as oils and vinegar and tea and coffee Would definitely stay there again

We had a great time - enjoying the views from the roof, even from the jacuzzi at night it's very beautiful, grilling meat, sunbathing, feeling like locals. And we will gladly return, despite the partially tired furniture and creaky bed, because it is a very comfortable location with amazing views.

We had done a JGA at the place. And there was nothing missing. Food/drinks were provided. We were right in love and felt right at home. For 6 people it was great and we definitely succeeded in the surprise for the bride. About 15-20 minutes by car to Heraklion, which is absolutely fine. Xristos is super friendly and accommodating. If I have the opportunity again, I would always go to this Airbnb :). Unfortunately, the weather was not so optimal with us, but we still had a lot of fun. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Manoli’s! The house was stunning, nestled in a beautiful village that made our two-night stay even more special. The property was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. The host was excellent, maintaining great communication. We also loved the nearby restaurant, which was superb and added to the overall experience. We truly had a great time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

We were well received! Angelina was a very nice woman to communicate with. The first night on arrival we got dinner from her because we were delayed 24 hours and the supermarkets were not open. Villa was very clean. Only downside was the wifi in the villa. The connection was very poor and in a room you had no connection at all. After we indicated that there was no wifi, she told me it would be taken care of. After we had raised this, we were in the villa for 9 days. During that remaining time, we didn't hear back from that. The taxi that was offered to take us was also a good taxi service. And all other activities and services offered were high quality. The cleaning ladies were good and thorough in their work which made the villa well maintained. In short, the wifi was a very nice vacation experience and a very nice host.

This place is amazing! Cleopatra received us in person, with gifts for us. She introduced us to the accommodation with passion, took us to the charming little square of the village, explained the various activities and surrounding spots. the view from THE terraces is breathtaking (bird 's-eye view of the sea from the heights). the house is perfectly equipped, there is more bathroom than bedrooms. The geographical location is ideal for visiting the entire south center area of the island, which we seek calm and authenticity. for typical and cheap dishes, appointment at the Platia taverna on the small charming square of the village. Too bad we can only give 5 stars maximum! We'll come back, I promise.

very nice clean modern apartment equipped with everything, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, washing machine, comfortable bed, only flaw is the lack of a dishwasher. around the house there were several cats and also 4 adorable dogs that live in that area, but don't be afraid they are very sweet and harmless, we fed them throughout our stay and they always made us happy, if you can please do the same, in Crete there is no real concept of pets and even less of stray dogs abandoned to themselves, a small gesture can make a difference, thank you very much.

My husband and I spent a lovely week at Asteri Home. The house was exactly as expected and just what we wanted for our week in Crete. The kitchen was well-equipped and allowed us to make breakfasts and a some dinners at home. The main double bedroom was big enough and comfortable. The bathroom is a bit dark and the shower is quite small, but we made do. The most amazing part of the house is the huge garden overlooking the sea that has 4 sun loungers, 2 outdoor tables for dining, a BBQ and a dart board. We spent a lot of time sitting at the end of the garden enjoying the view. Véronique and Yiannis are amazing hosts. They were so helpful right from the start - arranging transport from the airport, a rental car, offering suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. Kokkini Hani is quieter than other more touristy parts of Crete we visited. We found wonderful Greek restaurants with fresh seafood everyday. The supermarket and shops are all in walking distance. A lovely place!

Overall, we are satisfied with our stay. Particularly noteworthy is the extremely professional and friendly manner of the hosts - great praise to both of them! We found the apartment in a good and above all very clean condition. New condition, modernly furnished, air-conditioned, windows incl. mosquito nets, comfortable beds and equipped with all necessary utensils. In addition, the apartment has an outdoor shower (separate room that can be entered from the outside) and a small laundry room with a washing machine. In addition, we were able to enjoy some welcome gifts (water, beer, cocktails, nuts, etc.). It is also possible to use the pools in the hotel opposite free of charge. The only negative point is the non-optimal location of the apartment. Since the property is quite noisy and the terrace is facing the street, you get quite a lot of traffic (especially the many coaches were heard).

We had a wonderful time and Yannis was very nice and cooperative. we highly recommend his place.

We had a quick stopover in Heraklion and this apartment was perfect. It was an easy walk from the port and to many different restaurants. The space was comfortable and clean!

We stayed here for 8 days with our son and his wife and our granddaughter. It was absolutely perfect for us, we spent several days in Heraklion and then toured the neighbouring regions of the island in our rented car. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a large and well-stocked kitchen which allowed us to cook some meals together. We were especially grateful for Eirini's offers of assistance and suggestions for activities such as the Oxi day celebrations on October 28. We would have missed it if she hadn't alerted us to the parade. All in all a perfect holiday, would gladly stay there again.

Pristine apartment and well provided for in terms of kitchen etc. Great showers and really comfy beds..... excellent apartment and Stella who checked us in was lovely. Aikaterini was very helpful in contacting us in advance of arriving too..... great place!!

We were warmly welcomed by Maria who is very responsive and friendly. The house is really nice and clean. The environment is peaceful and very nice!

A really nice Villa in the mountains, with a lot of animals around. Very quiet place to calm down and relax.

We had a wonderful stay here. Very peaceful. Often all you will hear are the bells clanging from the local goats. Delicious food at the onsite taverna. Beautiful lodge, with special touches such as a bottle of wine waiting for us to congratulate us on our wedding. Of note, this villa is very high up in the mountains. If you're flying into heraklian airport that evening, it's a long and dark drive up some very narrow and winding roads, so you may want to make the drive in the daytime. It's about an hour drive up/down the mountain to any other town so be prepared to drive. But the scenery is beautiful...majestic mountains.

The house has been fully redecorated to a high modern day standard. It's spacious and very private, also thanks to the walled inner garden with swimming pool, and possibilities to park two cars behind an electronically operated gate. The house is clean and the beds very comfortable. Also ideal when traveling with two couples of which one has children, because one bedroom has a separate front door that is accessible from the garden (under the roof top terrace). A very nice local restaurant and a supermarket are within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here!

We had such a lovely stay at Manolis’ house. Our family of 7 (incliding a 2 & 5 year old & my 75 yo mom) all loved our visit. Manolis met us and gave us such a warm welcome with so many local tips and recommendations. It was even more beautiful then the photos and full od beautiful family heirlooms. The village of Amari is beautiful and peaceful and the villa is perfectly located in the middle of the village right next to the taverna. The views are amazing, the pool an numerous patios are gorgeous with stunning views and it is so peaceful and private. There were so many lovely complementary foods from the local vendors on arrival which made us feel right at home. Rumy cooked us the most amazing meals we had in the region that were so incredibly delicious! Do not miss her meals! She modified multiple dishes for our dietary restrictions. She is truly a masterful chef and such a wonderfully warm person. Our kids loved the home, pool, outdoor cats & Rumy! Everyone was so kid friendly!

Wonderful stay if you are looking for an amazing and well equiped house in the countryside!

We stayed at the house as a group of 5 and had the most amazing time. The house is spacious, has a big kitchen with all necessary supplies and had a lot of room to sit together, a perfect place for each time of the day. And not to forget about the amazing view!!! Worth to highlight is that there were a lot of extra supplies in the house like olive oil, raki, etc. We enjoyed that a lot. Also the outside area was cleaned everyday and the bathrooms were cleaned once during the stay. We didn’t miss a thing and can highly recommend staying in this amazing house with great hosts!!
