We spent the best time in this cute villa! It is a beautiful and clean house just next to the wonderful beach of Kalives. Antonis was a very kind and caring host. The landscape around is stunning. Thank you for everything! We‘ve loved it and we‘ll definitely come back!

Our family had an amazing time here! It was a great central location for excursions, and had several restaurants within walking distance as well as some flat roads for jogging. The house was perfect for our needs with a great layout. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well as the clean modern furnishings. Minoas’s communication was excellent! A wonderful host who provided kitchen basics for the start of our stay and a lovely gift at the end. We would love to stay here if we return to Crete.

We were a party of five, my wife and I and 3 30 year olds, our two twins and a son-in-law. We all couldn't say enough good things about this home: the view has to be one of the best on the whole island, relaxing, extremely private and immediately felt right at home. Starting and ending each day with that view, I didn't need anything else, but there is as much to do as you want. For example, just 6 minutes down the hill, you have the great little town of Platka with a few delicious local restaurants, market and a nice sports bar if you want a cocktail...like me. Another 10 minutes down the hill you come to Alymrida, the small coastal city that has nearly a dozen varied restaurants right on the water. 40 minutes away is the charming city of Chania, the jewel of Crete. This home is centrally located, 20+ minutes from the highway to go anywhere you wish to go...but keep in mind your leaving this view behind. I hope you enjoy it half as much as we did.

We had a great time in this beautiful house, everything was impeccable, very clean, super equipped and very functional, the pool was very welcome to cool off under the Cretan sun - In addition Karolina graciously offered us an adorable gift of different Cretan handicrafts a real treat thank you very much, Karolina is very responsive and very efficient Everything was perfect 10 out of 10 if we come back to Crètes it is certain that we will come back to Karolina's Zahra Emma and Jean-Pierre

It was just great - the accommodation, the pool, the view, the tranquility - we enjoyed it very much! The exchange or contact with Manolis was also great, quickly accessible and always very friendly. We can only recommend the place! :)

We had a wonderful week at Lina’s villa. It really is a beautiful place with a fantastic view. Close to some fabulous beaches and countryside. Lina was super helpful and friendly and really responsive. The pool was gorgeous. Bedrooms really comfortable. It is about 3km from the village and the road does turn and wind but we got used to it pretty fast and it is not so narrow and mostly lit at night. It is semi detached and the other villa had visitors but they were pretty quiet and we did not feel disturbed. Very glad we chose it

Andrea's villa and location was as wonderful as we'd hoped. We loved swimming in our private pool before breakfast and the view of the ocean from the terrace was outstanding, especially for sunsets, which were spectacular. The location was great, being situated away from crowds but with easy access to many beautiful beaches and tavernas. Andrea's handy hints were really useful, from where to refill water bottles from a spring, or which taverna on Sfinari beach to visit. He responded very quickly if we had any questions, so overall cannot recommend this villa highly enough. Thanks Andrea!

Sparkling clean, high-quality accommodation with panoramic views. The way to the accommodation is only for this house. Comprehensive welcome package: wine, fruit, vegetables, water, eggs, oil, vinegar, etc. Kitchen equipment is plentiful, including tabs for dishwashers, etc. There are blinds everywhere for darkening. Really nice place to stay for breakfast and wine on the terrace. The neighborhood consists of similar houses. The bathroom is a little small for 4 people and the shower hanger does not work. We felt very comfortable. Very quiet and great view of mountains and bay. Thank you for the generous welcome gifts. There would also be enough dishes for 4 people... nothing meticulously counted.

This is a great place to stay in if you are looking for a lovely villa and pool in a very quiet and private location. The main sound is the goat bells ringing across the hills, yes really! Although it’s in the countryside there is easy access to the coast and the nearest village Vamos. Recommend trying the restaurants in Vamos. The hosts Judy and Mike are fantastic and are there to help if needed but otherwise give you space to enjoy this lovely place. Thanks very much Judy and Mike!!

We had a great stay at Michalis'! The location of the property is ideal, with beautiful views and a quiet environment. Michalis and his son welcomed us warmly, even though we arrived a little later because we had taken the more beautiful route through the city of Rethymno. A carafe of raki and chilled water were waiting for us as a welcome – a very nice gesture from Michalis. We especially enjoyed breakfast on the balcony, overlooking the Cretan sea and surrounded by chickens, ducks, cats and the friendly dog Bruno. Our son was thrilled and would have liked to take all the animals with him! The house itself is large, cozy and perfectly equipped and we felt completely comfortable. Michalis' father even surprised us with fresh eggs, a really loving touch. Overall, this place is a place to relax and enjoy. We will be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

The two villas were excellent better in real life than the photographs in the brochure. George the owner was super helful. A beautiful sunset every night in front of the villas, very beautiful area, Greece at its best. Every restaurant, supermarket shops etc , super helpful people and so friendly, we all felt very welcome. A perfect holiday.

We had a glorious two weeks at Niko's place. For the first time at AirBNB it felt like we're were guests at a friends home. All of the promised essentials were provided in generous quantities - Niko's home grown fruit and veg were a particular treat and provided in such generous quantities that we couldn't eat them all. The place is simple but with all the equipment that you could need. The terrace a delight to enjoy the sun and the bathing spot a treat. Niko has landscaped a most wonderful extended garden which made the whole property just beautiful!

We had a lovely stay in Chania! It was just as described, and had many amenities we needed: beach towels, extra blankets for the bed, fleece blankets to sit on the roof when it was chilly, nespresso pods, even some snacks and drinks in the refrigerator. Evangelina was responsive to any questions and communicative from the beginning. She met me at the property, showed me around and how to use the doors and windows which are high-quality and help block out the sound as much as possible from outside. We had some noisy downstairs neighbors a couple of nights and there wasn’t much that could be done. But just be aware it is a possibility and bring earplugs. I would still stay here again even with the noise, but it did make the second bed area unusable as was too loud to sleep there, so my daughter moved to the room with me. But I still enthusiastically recommend this airbnb, would stay again, and congratulate the hosts on one of the nicest airbnb stays I’ve had. :) Oh and super clean!!

Wonderful stay at a beautiful modern apartment in the Turkish quarter of old town Chania. Very close to Venetian Port, great restaurants (Well of the Turk just around the corner) yet lovely and quiet. Loved coffee and breaks on the rooftop terrace, spacious rooms and amenities. Eva was fantastic! Thanks so much, this is a perfect place to stay!

Our stay was impeccable! Value for money very rewarding. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and "welcome", like Lefteris himself, who was incredibly helpful and kind. The location of the home is perfect for a quiet stay , and its courtyard is a delight with the sounds of the village and the birds in the mornings. Highly recommend !!!!!

The time spent here is just wonderful! Minas is an incredible host, he responds very quickly to all questions about the area and the apartment, always ready to help. Great place in a quiet area very close to White Lake, Elafonisi as well as Kedrodasos beaches. Restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The place was a described and had everything one would need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very kind and responsive. We would definitely come back again!

What a wonderful house! We were surprised to be so close to 2 lovely beaches, great hikes and a delicious restaurant. We’re a family with 3 young kids and they loved the swing, swinging bench, jacuzzi, space to play inside. Dimitris left a baby crib, high chair, and toddler potty for us which was super helpful. The best was Dimitris was very kind upon greeting us late at night when we arrived.

Great opportunity to stay in a beautiful location at a great value. Excellent flat with space and a peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of bigger areas.

AMAZING stay in Stavros. We lived in Stavros for almost 3 years and it was wonderful getting back for a week visit. Katerina's place was exactly what we needed.

We had a fantastic stay at Xeni's, Dimitri was the best host ever and so helpful. We had four very sick adults and he went to the Chemist for me and got us medicine and would not accept any payment, he was so so kind. His children met us at midnight as we had a late flight into Crete. The house was amazing and the fridge was full when we arrived ham, cheese, water, fruit, wine eggs all you need for the first few days. The beds are comfortable and the AC works perfectly. The beach is 50 meters away, as are the pubs and restaurants, great location. We will be back. Dimitris was the best host we have ever met. Thank you so much. Gillian and Family
