This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. The apartment is on a farm, alone in the middle of a large clearing, which I am building as an organic farm with permaculture. It consists of a huge room with wooden floor, new wood-burning stove and mountain views, as well as a bathroom, and a kitchen.
