Monthly Rentals in Achnaclerach

I spent four nights at the property and found it to be the perfect base for hiking in North West Scotland. It a 30-60 minute drive to many of the popular hiking locations like An Teallach, Liathach, Beinn Alligin and Stac Pollaidh. The property was clean, well maintained and homely. The location is very quiet and relaxing. The Wifi was excellent. I want to stay here when I am next hiking in the area.

Caroline and George were very accommodating hosts - the cabin is a lively place to stay for 2 people, can’t recommend it enough. We got a short tour on arrival, and felt right at home. The bed was super comfy, fully stocked kitchen with a comfy living room space. There are some nice walks in the area and the black water river/stream runs right outback, the falls are also walkable/nearby. We plan on coming again some time!

Check-in was uncomplicated and flexible. Mark is very friendly and showed us the apartment in detail. There's a parking space right in front of the apartment, which is very convenient.

We loved Alexander and Bart’s beautiful cottage. It’s all been said in previous reviews but it truly is a clean, quirky, charming, generous place to be. We all slept like babies in the oh-so-comfortable beds and linens in this peaceful haven. Waking up to sunshine and birdsong and a cuppa in the pretty garden left us wishing we could stay longer.
