Fantastic accommodation in a lovely cottage down a quiet lane. Dawn and Neil were excellent hosts, beds were very comfortable and shower was sensational. Lovely views from the windows and tasteful decoration. I’d highly recommend staying at this cottage.

Lovely place to stay in Ashwell. Everything in Ashwell itself is within walking distance. The cottage has a very cozy vibe with games and DVD’s already there. There was milk (three kinds), coffee, and biscuits upon arrival although we didn’t use the milk. The garden has a patio and is lovely in the sun especially! If we come back to Ashwell, we would stay here again.

What a super cute little place to stay in the heart of the Cambridgeshire countryside. Like going back in time when I was young and camping in the back garden, except this was very much glamping with a capital 'G'! The shepherd's hut is compact but very bijou with pretty much everything you would need for your stay, even a kitchen sink! The garden is stunning and there's nothing better than the wake-up call of the birds when they're right on your doorstep. Libby was on hand for helpful advice and superb local knowledge, would definitely return to this little escapist piece of paradise.
