Bert's place is great for anyone who wants to be near the center of Ghent without feeling like you're staying at a hotel. We spent plenty of time on the balcony, enjoying the canal view and watching people on the street below. Everything on Bert's end was perfect. We did experience a couple of neighbors downstairs talking from 1 to 4 am one night, and the noise passed through the windows in the bedroom, but it only happened once and everything else about this experience was ideal.

Great experience. The loft is really original and decorated with taste. Jérôme is a very responsive host because I made my request an hour before he welcomed me. I highly recommend this beautiful place, quiet and friendly.

Really beautiful place! Tastefully decorated, very clean, functional with all the comforts. The kitchen and bathrooms are more than equipped. Lots of small touches are present in all the rooms to make you feel really at home. Communication with Sarah goes very well, she responds quickly to our messages and tries to satisfy us as best as possible. We recommend ++++ and we will come back

Very pleasant and relaxing stay in this Asian Dreams suite. Quick and easy access to the city center and the surrounding area. We are very happy to have met Anatoly who is a warm and pleasant host and can be reached at any time. Very happy to have spent these two days in Antwerp in the sun!

A beautiful place in a peaceful setting to disconnect. We loved staying here. The house is surrounded by nature and animals, perfect for relaxing and forgetting the everyday. Everything was clean and well kept. Hosts were always available if we needed anything, very thoughtful and kind. We will definitely be back, it was a perfect stay. Thanks for everything!

Very nice place to stay in the countryside, while being close to the city and only 20 minutes from the capital. Central position to visit the country. Beautiful views of fields and animals. Well insulated in terms of noise (frogs nearby). The kitchen is well-equipped, the bedrooms comfortable. I stayed with my mom, sister and dog and we had a lovely stay. Thanks to our host for hosting us.

This was the perfect home away from home for a family group of 7 spanning three generations and 70 years with vastly different needs. the house is beautiful; both spacious and comfortable with every base covered. Our hosts were extremely organised and proactive with all communication, leaving us wanting for nothing. Bruges itself is breathtaking and while the property is a good 30 minute walk from the main square, this was perfect for us, allowing a good leg stretch and a chance to see more of the area. We would recommend on all fronts, wholeheartedly and without reservation.

We had a working retreat in Jutta's house with colleagues and it was perfect for that: four gode, quiet rooms, a large table to work on, fully equipped kitchen, clean bathroom and a garden with tables for outdoor dining and relaxing. That everything was within walking distance of restaurants and bars in the center of Mechelen and that there were bicycles available for quick messages was an extra asset! Jutta was also very friendly and correct and made sure that we could make an arrangement to keep working during the day (after check-out time). We'd love to come back next time!

Margaret and Freddy make you feel right at home. The location is a gem, secluded fields, horses and not far from Sluis and Breskens. Workshops and custom menus are also available. Western horseback riding is highly recommended! Thank you for your hospitality! Highly recommended!

Very nice house, quiet and green, very well located for discovering Brussels. Jean-Philippe is a great host, available and welcoming. We highly recommend it.

We were there with friends and our children. The house is old but neatly maintained, very comfortable and spacious. We slept well under the flannel sheets. The sauna and playground are pluses. I had a pleasant contact with the hostess Peggy.

We had a great stay at this place with three couples and two toddlers. The rooms were a bit tight with a crib, but perfectly adequate. The kitchen has the standard equipment of appliances – a leaking coffee machine kept us busy, but should now be replaced (nobody had previously reported it to the hosts). The surroundings and the ambience with views of the castle are simply fantastic. In sunny weather, you can spend all day on the premises without it getting boring. The dogs often run around freely and are very affectionate and playful, so wonderful for dog fans! The sauna instructions could be a little more detailed, but after a few tries we got them working. All in all, a great place to just unwind or spend time with friends or family. Would recommend to anyone!

Really lovely accommodation in a beautiful location. We had a great weekend here. The house is even better than the photos, very well-equipped and has a nice porch which is perfect for spending an evening enjoying the view. The pool was a nice bonus as the sun was out. A big plus for us was how dog friendly this place is, there are lots of nice walks in the area and our two dogs were made very welcome. There is a lovely friendly collie dog at the property who came to sit on the porch with us. Ronse is less than ten minutes away in the car and has plenty of bars, restaurants and grocery shops. Would highly recommend and will definitely return 👍

We had a wonderful stay at Dominique's 5th floor apartment. It was bright & airy & we felt at home immediately. The views are great & the large balcony is perfect for the afternoon sun/sunsets. There is also a 2nd balcony for the sunrise! And you can walk to the beach for these too, in only 15 minutes. The heated swimming pools(adult & baby pools)are a real hit. The large pool is very rarely busy. We loved it! You need to wear swimming caps, but once bought that wasn't a problem, as everyone wears one. They can be purchased in the small office in the pool apartment block. There are shops & restaurants within walking distance. The tram stop & train station are a 10 minute walk. We took a tram to Oostende & a train to Bruges. Fares are inexpensive. Kitchen facilities are excellent, coffee N'Espresso machine with pods & biscuits to start us off! A nice touch. Dominique is a very responsive & attentive host. Beds were very comfy. We had a really great stay. Just book it!!

We stayed for a weekend in an apartment in Magd, everything was very good, the place is very nice and quiet. We recommend without hesitation
