Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in 17th arrondissement

Everything was perfect. Very clean space. Shampoo shower gel available, bed and towels, coffee and tea available with small treats. Self check-in. We will be back!

We 100% recommend the place. We felt very comfortable. Louisa and her family are great hosts. The location was just perfect for us. Supermarket, restaurants and the train station were within walking distance. We will definitely be happy to come back.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

So lovely to come back to this beautiful little studio. It is just flawless, from the well-equipped kitchen to the beautiful little garden and decor. Jean-Yves is the perfect host.

Excellent apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Comfortably slept 4 of us, especially with the 2 separate bathrooms. The large balcony is especially nice with a glass of wine in the evening. To get into the city with an uber is only around €25ish. Or there is 2 very close metro stations and it’s even cheaper. Lots of little supermarkets and cafe/bars around the area also.

What a place. A temple of mid century modern serenity. Loved the books, furniture, tropical plants, turntable..... The kitchen is spotless stainless steel surfaces: equipped with everything you would ever need. The bedroom is bathed in a to-die-for Parisian glow. And The garden: soulful. Dont miss the bi-weekly market around the corner.

We had a great stay! Capucine welcomed us and made sure we were all set on our first day with instructions, recommendations. She also messaged us to check in throughout our stay. We had an issue with the wifi and Capucine was very helpful in troubleshooting in a timely manner. We were right next to the train station which was very convenient! Bakery downstairs very good! Restaurants and supermarket very close by. Place was clean and offered everything listed. I will definitely save this place when I come back to visit :) thank you for a great stay!!!

The flat is as cute as shown by the pictures. The neighborhood is very nice (good restaurants, bars and shops). Conservation with Olivier and Marie was easy going and pleasant. We will come back!

Great spot with ample food options available including cafes if you want to eat out or just pop downstairs to one of the beautiful patisseries and sit on the balcony watching the Eiffel Tower over a croissant and coffee. You really get to live like a Parisian here. The apartment has many keto or RER stations nearby so you can access everything Paris has to offer. The apartment has a lift so no lugging heave suitcases upstairs and there was enough space for us two to stay comfortably. The apartment is very quiet at night despite being in the heart of Paris, just close the doors and shutters and the black out curtains worked well. The laundromat is right across the road so you can use the washing machine in the apartment then dry the clothes across the road. We had a fantastic time in Paris and staying here was the perfect location.

We enjoyed our stay here so much and really loved the apartment. Eric and Amélie really made us feel at home here. The apartment itself has everything: small kitchen & kitchen cookware/utensils, washer/dryer, kitchen table for 2 with a bottle of wine (thank you!), full bath, steamer to use, balcony to have meals on and a nice sized TV. Aesthetically it was also very pleasing and we enjoyed hanging out inside. There is a grocery store just across the street and a ton of restaurants around to eat at. This place has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Paris. You can also see the top of a Eiffel tower if you stand outside on the balcony. That was nice to see when it was lit up at night.

The apartment is fantastic and very well situated for metro access if you are okay with 5-10 minutes walking. The space has a gorgeous terrace that is more beautiful than the photographs. Each room below has its own balcony. Paul is a very gracious and kind host who went out of his way to accommodate us when we had a medical emergency on the morning of our checkout, and then followed up several days later to check in with us about whether everything is okay. He is accessible, coming to fix broken lights halfway through our stay - he really takes good care and is very kind, very rare to see; he has our respect and appreciation.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Exactly as the description and pictures on the listing. the checkin instructions were lengthy but logical and worked perfectly. We understood the reason as it made the building and apartment very secure. Four adults had a fantastic 6 days in Paris ( we even mastered the Metro) We ate our body weight in products from the local bread/cake/pastries shops. The outstanding view of the Eiffel Tower was the thing we couldn’t get over especially when illuminated at night. Mehdi went out of his way to sort out a couple of minor problems we encountered ( not his fault) so we had the perfect Paris break.

Everything was as described. 7-minute walk from a metro entrance. Very quiet, easy to access and safe. Beautiful terrace. We have everything we need. There is even an iPad to explain the whole place and give information about the neighborhood. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

Perfect spot for my family. Needed a 2 bedroom and loved the view. About a 10 to 13 minute walk from public transit. Quiet and peaceful. Great bakery around the corner. Host and co-host super responsive.

This place is really clean, very easy to find, great location !!! We felt like at home for 9 days we stayed there. Catherine (the host) was really informative and helpful every time I contacted her.
