Our neighborhood is very friendly, popular and quiet at the same time. Many restaurants within two steps. 3 supermarkets within a minute's walk. A laundry if you want to dry your laundry quickly , around the corner (the house is equipped with a washing machine). Many shops, Damrémont street in particular (a stone's throw away) including a very good butcher, an excellent cheese maker, a reputable and chocolate maker, famous and very good wine! This street is called Les Petite Champs Elysée!You are a 10-minute walk from Montmartre and Place Clichy (great cinema Wepler).Two metro stations (one less than a minute) and 2 bus lines serving the center of Paris. Welcome to our Parisian house ! We invite you to our spacious, bright 2-room duplex apartment of 55 m2, located in a very quiet courtyard. We have been living here for just over a year and have decorated it primarily with furniture and accessories found at the Saint Ouen Flea Market or in second-hand shops, aiming to create a countryside home in the heart of Paris. It's located just steps from Rue des Martyrs with all its shops, as well as close to Montmartre and the Parisian theaters.
