The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and we are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.

This apartment is located in the middle of downtown Zurich, close to Central Square, Main Train Station and public transports. The Limmat River is just a stone through away and the Lake is in a walking distance from the apartment away. Supermarkets, Bars, Restaurants and Zurichs nightlife nearby. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PICTURES AREN'T ACCURATE AS WE ARE CURRENTLY REFURBISHING THE APARTMENT!!
