It is a 1 bedroom apartment which I rent out while on vacation. My bedroom will be closed off while I'm not there so the apartment is essentially available as a studio. The sofa pulls out to a very comfortable bed which is where guests sleep (ideal for 1-2 people). Clean sheets, pillows and towels will be provided.
