Excellent facilities, wider than what you see in the photos. Comfortable rooms, all rooms with air conditioning, the pool is a good size. The integrated kitchen and dining environment is very nice to share, excellent garden lighting, pool and house that gives a warm atmosphere. The beach is quiet, not many neighbors yet, it is clean and peaceful.

Good place to spend with family and friends

I spent 4 nights here as part of a group of 11 adults. The house is spectacular and accommodated us all comfortably. Claudia was always attentive for any inquiry. The wifi was stable; we were 6 people working and taking calls during the day without issues. The house is well equipped with all the essentials, and even features board games and a karaoke machine. The house also has its access to the beach and a private pavilion, even with volleyball net, which is quite nice. The house is cleaned daily. We decided to hire Mirely, the lady cook, who took care of everything, even in shopping. Together with her husband Eddy, who is in charge of the maintenance of the house, we didn't have to worry about anything.

We absolutely loved our time at Leandro’s beautiful house. It was exactly as pictured — an extraordinary location, a wonderful, clean pool, and a very relaxing, well-maintained home. We hired Daniel to cook for us and the food was excellent. We hope to return soon!

The house is just as shown in photos, a wonder, my friends and I were delighted, that we will definitely come back at some point, it is very much enjoyed, the atmosphere is incredible, the house is impeccable, Isabella helped us with everything we needed, and Mrs. Gina helped us with the theme of the kitchen, it is the maximum!!!!

Excellent stay for rest days, in a very quiet area

It is a very beautiful place, the apartment furnished, the A1 staff, and Roxana super attentive and with good recommendations in transfer and places to have lunch.

The apartment is beautiful! The clean and spotless of the rooms we loved it! Apart from the fact that they take the issue of the mosquitoes very seriously, the facilities are beautiful! Swimming pool for adults and children, the beach is a stone's throw away, my kids enjoyed the space too much and I'm very grateful for it. The only detail is that the hand sink is outside the bathroom (between both rooms) but it is somewhat tolerable, otherwise we highly recommend it! And we look forward to coming back soon!

Excellent place, everything clean and a place to rest

We were very comfortable in Rodrigo's apartment. The condominium where it is located super cute, with a pool, grill area and 24-hour surveillance. It was also close to the beach, restaurants and kioskos. The apartment very equipped (had everything we needed), the very nice decor and as it is located on a third floor had a beautiful ocean view. Rodrigo was very kind, it allowed us to enter a little before check in and we were arriving a little earlier. I really recommend staying with Rodrigo.

It's an excellent place, we spent a few days with friends and everything was super good. Jaime helped us a lot, he always responded quickly. All the spaces are just like the photos posted, great for relaxing and disconnecting.

Our stay was impeccable, the beach beautiful, the complex is on the beach. The facilities and excellent cleanliness. Highly recommended, we would definitely be back.

I invited my parents to Sue's house to spend their anniversary there and it was nice to them. The place seemed nice and liked that the beach is nearby and there aren't many people around so they can enjoy it more. Sue kept very good communication at all times and her brother, who was the person who welcomed my parents, was super friendly. I recommend them 🫶🏻

The apartment is very comfortable, with air conditioning, Internet, grill and full kitchen. The condominium staff is very friendly. The condo is facing the sea. We had a great time!

The place was excellent. There are no shops nearby, however they provide delivery numbers for shopping. In the accommodation there is a pantry with basic things to buy (coffee, drinks, snacks). There were no cleaning supplies in the bathrooms (soap or shampoo), the rest was excellent.

It was two extraordinary days, the house is a luxury, beautiful, comfortable and with all the tools. It has the beach nearby, it is not first row but the beach is cephisima. The beach is quiet and always empty. The pool is nice and the decor of the house is also beautiful, you can tell they have taken care of the details. The location is a bit far but if you want a quiet stay, it's perfect. It is perhaps missing some streaming for entertainment, but nothing else.

The place met our expectations; the quiet and family place (very different to the hustle and bustle of Mancora). Janeth was very nice and gave us all the ease of entry. Some points to take into account is that you have to climb several steps to get to the apartment and an older adult will require effort and although it is very close to the beach, it has no direct view of the sea. Everything else was top notch. We had a good time

Great place to stay with the Family. The department is very comfortable, and it has everything you need. The Condominium is great overall and the staff is very helping and professional. Access to beach is great as well. We had a great time and will go back.

The stay in Javier's apartment was amazing, we loved everything, he was always attentive to all messages, I sent us recommendations where to eat and was excellent. The interior design of the apartment is very well done and house detail made us feel in an atmosphere of warmth. The bedrooms had air conditioning and were very well cared for. The private beach and beach view were the best part, we had an exceptional weekend. Not to mention Luis, the guard in charge who treated us very kindly from the entrance to the exit. I would recommend this stay to everyone to spend a beautiful vacation.
