Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Zona Colonial

Absolutely loved my stay in the Zona Colonial! The apartment was charming, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. It’s perfectly located within walking distance to all the historic sites, cafes, and vibrant streets. Maitee was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The neighborhood has such a lively, authentic vibe, and I felt very safe exploring around. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the rich culture and history of Santo Domingo. Would definitely stay here again!

The place is spacious and beautifully decorated. It was great to have hot water since it’s not common in the DR! The beds were comfortable. The AC units worked great. It was really helpful to have complimentary cleaning and laundry services. We enjoyed the back patio! It was really helpful to have the backup generator. It’s well integrated into the system.

I had a great 3 night visit at La Casita. Patricia is extremely helpful as a host. The unit was exactly as I expected and the location is ideal, within a few blocks of the best restaurants and bars in the Zona. All 3 AC units operated perfectly to provide a comfortable sleeping climate. As a pet owner, I truly appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the 3 minute walk to a large park perfect for exercising your dog. I would absolutely stay here again.

The apartment was clean, airy, and just felt good to be in. Loved the natural light and calm vibe. It’s in a quiet area but still close to everythign, a great spot to relax after exploring the city and Colonial Zone. 100% Recommended!

We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The location in the historic center near places of interest and at the same time, near the pier, was key to walking and feeling absolutely safe and close to everything. The house is renovated, a very spacious, clean, comfortable duplex, excellent air conditioning, comfortable beds, linens in super good condition, we were VERY happy.

3 night stay! The apartment is comfortable, equipped with the basics. It has an elevator, a private garage costs 9 dollars per day, but that way you don't have to park on the street. The apartment overlooks the Columbus Lighthouse, is centrally located, right on that street there are many things to do and within walking distance of historical monuments, supermarkets or grocery stores very close! Right in front is the rum museum, which is also a bar/disco (you'll have a good time) recommended :) Christian gives very clear instructions and solves any problems quickly. Everything is very good, it is perfect for two people and everything was organized.

I stayed at this tiny place for a quick getaway, and it was absolutely perfect for a night or two. Despite its size, it had everything I needed, clean towels, a comfortable bed, a functional kitchenette, and even some thoughtful touches that made the stay feel easy and convenient. The place was clean, which I really appreciated. Best of all, the location couldn't be better. Great value for a shirt stay.

Truly such an amazing experience. I could not have asked for a better accommodation. Two days I woke up hungry not knowing where to go and what to order and they personally escorted me, translated, and helped me, it’s like they not only want me to enjoy their home, but they also wanted me to individually. Enjoy my experience and I thought that was beautiful. 10/10 EVERYTHING!

Great location in the center of the city- walking distance to restaurants and supermarket. Secure location- guarded entrance, private parking and front desk receptionist. Friendly and welcoming staff.

The accommodation was perfect!! Super clean, good location, Mr. Cesar was very communicative and always willing to help at all times.

Honestly I am not the kind of person to give much reviews and I have done it its been fast and whatever. In this case I wanted to take my time because I really did like the way Sammantha responded to every question right away, made sure that I was conformable from my arrival till the day I left the apartment. In reference to the building and the apartment parking is great, felt secure and had everything was close including a "Colmado" grocery store right across the street. I will for sure be back on my next stay in DR!
