Modern and cozy apartment, if you're looking to spend the night it's perfect. There are still apartments under construction, so consider the noise in the morning. If you're looking to get to know the city, distance is a factor to take into account.

Everything was excellent. It was a short stay, but functional

The studio is bright and elegant( wonderful art) The terrace is lovely to sit out on. I cooked almost all of my meals here,there is a shopping mall a short walk away with excellant supermarket,cinema,everything… The neighbourhood is a gated community which is pleasant to walk through. Marisol is a kind and attentive host,I stayed for 3 weeks and appreciated the quiet residential. atmosphere.Highly recommend

I have stayed at David place twice. And had a great experience both times. I would love to live there. That's how much I liked it. You can have amazing quality sleep with the comfy bed and flannel sheets, feels just like home. Lots of natural light, the kitchen is fully stocked and the rooftop an amazing place to hang out.

Good Accommodation, good views, it's comfortable, quiet area, and there are several things nearby, Mercados, Taquerias, Stores de Abarrotes/Autoservicio, Plazas and above all it has all the amenities of the publication although if I would like to have an Air Conditioning, but otherwise everything is fine. MUUUUUY recommended.. 10/10

Rodrigo is a very kind person. The stay was great, the description and photos are exactly the same. I asked Rodrigo if the pool was heated and he said no… it was not heated, it was very cold🤭, however, it is a matter for the condominium, otherwise everything was very good, cleanliness, house furnishings.

We thought it was a good place to rest and take advantage of the nearby tourist spots. We didn't have enough time to make the most of the house and amenities. The host was attentive and responded quickly.

The building is very well located. It took us 10 minutes to get downtown by car, a supermarket (HEB) 2 minutes away and lots of restaurants nearby. Overall we had a very good dining experience in the city. The apartment is very well equipped and was handed over very clean. We feel safe with the security mechanisms they have to enter the building and the apartment. The pool is spectacular (better than in the photos) and with warm water. The only thing is that you have to book it in advance, but this allows you to enjoy it with few people. Alma was very responsive to all our questions and needs. We would definitely stay in this place again on a future visit to Querétaro.

Great value for the money. Very safe place, although you can walk downtown it is better to get around by transport or car. For multi-day stays, it is appropriate to use the kitchen, perhaps just add some complimentary condiments. The balcony has a good view, and the pool of the towers is large and even on weekends it was not crowded. Great communication with the host.
