Everything is this apartment is just perfect! Let's start with the amazing view from your living room with french windows. There are 4 bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and 4 baths, so it's convenient for all the guests. There is everything inside for your stay. Fast wifi network that is very rare in Istanbul. The place was very clean and worm when we get inside. Host was friendly and help us with free parking for our cars and overall stay. So the conclusion is that this was one of the best airbnb's that we've stay in Istanbul. Highly recommend!

Apartment for 5 people well located in Istanbul. Close to the tram that goes to the historic center and to Taksim Square and Galata Tower. Also close to the nice neighborhood of Balat. Host who is responsive to questions and feedback. Good general equipment but there could be more cooking utensils ( cutlery, plates, pots, pans) . Bedrooms have curtains but little blackout .

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was elegantly designed, very clean, and well-maintained. The view was absolutely stunning, making my experience even more enjoyable. Great value and location for our group. Beds were good enough for one night. Hosts were responsive to any and all requests. Hot water in showers and towels were freshness The apartment is spacious, clean, and warm, suitable for a group of 6 on a vacation. A magical escape in the heart of historic Istanbul! Our stay at this Balat apartment was absolutely incredible. The flat was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything from a modern kitchen and smart TVs to air conditioning and central heating. The real highlight, though, was the 100 sqm terrace — the views of the sea, Golden Horn, and city skyline were breathtaking. Whether dining under the stars or relaxing in the cozy winter dome with a PS5, the space was perfect year-round. The location is unbeatable — just steps from the sea, tram, ferry, and steeped in rich history and charm. We loved exploring nearby sacred springs, churches, and local cafes. Communication with the host was smooth and everything matched the listing perfectly. Thank you for an amazing stay. We’ll definitely be back!

I rented a house for two weeks. It is the center of Balat - around many delicious restaurants and small shops. Seyda and her family are very helpful. They helped me with everything. I had a problem with the nanny, and Sayda helped me solve it. They also make transfers to the airport. Communication with the host was as comfortable as possible: any shortcomings were corrected within a couple of hours. I am very satisfied.

We had a great time at Erkan‘s cosy apartment. It’s very spacious and comfortable and the kitchen is also very well equipped. I especially loved the balcony, sitting there and watching what was happening in the vivid neighbourhood of Balat. We very much enjoyed the neighbourhood. However, for people who have a light sleep I would recommend staying in the smaller room facing the backyard because it could get a bit noisy during the night and early morning in the bigger room facing the street. The next tram station is only a few minutes by walk and there’s also a ferry station even closer which is pretty convenient. There’s a few small grocery shops around and plenty of restaurants and cafes. Erkan himself is an extraordinary host - he was super kind, always easy to reach and made sure we are feeling well. It felt like meeting a friend that I already knew before:-) So we can definitely recommend staying at this apartment!

It was a great chance to come across such a beautiful house in the center of Beşiktaş. It offers a spacious and comfortable environment with its duplex structure. The house was spotless, everything was carefully thought out and everything we might need was available. We loved the balcony where we drank our morning coffee and the terrace where we enjoyed the evenings. The host was also incredibly caring, friendly and welcoming. He responded to all our questions instantly, we felt right at home. I would definitely recommend it in terms of both location and comfort, I will choose it again on my next visit to Istanbul!

during checkin..its seem like dull neighbourhood..but day after tours around istanbul. now i realised this apartment is actually peaceful neighbourhood and really great place to stay after tired. Btw, the highlight of this apartment is: -2min walk to tram yusufpasa -1min walk to bustop -1min walk to various atm -some restaurants downstairs -5min walk to convenience store the house itself - spacious - bright vibe - tiptop clean - well maintained - enough silverware to cook yourself - feel like own home the host - super responsive - no problem with english - warm welcoming by his father even though not really into english speaking but we got his point. if i need to describe in 2 words about this apartment is " convenience location"

Niche is an amazing host Very helpful from the beginning untill we check out The apartment is tastefully decorated and big enough for our group of 5 people 1 has slept on the sofa in the living room which was very comfortable The beds were high end quality and very comfortable to sleep Even though the apartment is located right next to Galata tower the neighborhood was very quite a hidden gem Surrounded by Many restaurants shops and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to discover Tram metro even ferries just few minutes away by walk We really enjoyed our stay at Niche’s place and definatelly book this place again
