A great host. Very helpful, flexible in hours, and really accurate. The building is comfortable, super equipped and tailored to couple or family. We really felt pampered, checking in with your instructions was super easy . I'll definitely be back!

Very nice, clean place in the quiet village of Betina, everything worked out fine with the landlord, requests were handled immediately. Of course, at this time (November) there are not so many offers from restaurants, etc., but in Murter there are also very good restaurants at this time, and they are just a few minutes away. Anyway, great! Gerhard

Arso's apartment is a small cozy apartment on the 1st floor, with a balcony from where we could look out over his lush garden, and we could freely eat from the windows and figs. Very close to everything: Baker, supermarket, bar, cafes, restaurants and beach life. Arso is helpful and very hospitable and is happy to share his knowledge of the island.

Ivan makes you feel like you're at home. Check-in with him was extremely pleasant as he acts multilingual [Croatian, English, German] There were all the necessary resources and much more (coffee maker, hair dryer, Netflix access, pool accessories). Any questions we had were answered through Airbnb within 20 minutes [e.g. shopping] The entire holiday was rounded off in a special way, from the welcome vesper plate to the homemade apple strudel of his wife. There was also a great entertainment at the end. We will definitely return. Arrived as guests, left as friends. We have rarely met such a thoughtful host. Unbeatable service, a lovely family willing at all times to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We really enjoyed it thanks to their patio and grill, making our stay in Zadar much better. I highly recommend you come here.

We had a great stay at this apartment on Vir. The apartment was simple, but very clean and cozy. The advantage was a great location – close to the beach, restaurants and shops which gave us convenient access to everything we needed. Goran was very friendly and helpful, always ready to help with any question or request. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxed, perfect to relax and recharge. We'd love to come back again! Perfect break! Great apartment in an ideal location – beach, restaurants and shops are just a stone's throw away. Everything is there: WiFi, parking, washing machine and a cozy terrace with BBQ. We felt completely comfortable – highly recommended!

What an amazing place, everything was just as described. Zelijka was an amazing host very attentive when needed. The views from both the balcony & rooftop terrace are to die for. There is everything you need within walking distance, shops, cafe's, bars, takeaways & restaurants. We visited various local islands & towns either by bus or boat & they were all easy & cheap. Croatia is a beautiful country & we will 100% be returning.

Wonderful location, right around the corner from everything but quiet at night. The interior was huge and just like the photos, and the individual heating/cooling in each room was awesome.

We enjoyed Sandra’s place! It was clean and accommodating. The sea was a 5-10 minute walk away. It was easy to Uber to the old city, which could also be reached via a longer walk. I liked being able to see a bit of the sea through the bedroom window, and we enjoyed the large patio. Thanks Sandra!

Simple and uncomplicated communication even before arrival. Easy and convenient check-in, super friendly homeowners (Franko and his wife Andrea), great location with a wonderful view. The apartment was very clean and we had a really great time there. Highly recommended and we will be happy to come back on our next visit to Zadar!

Fabulous stay. The apartment was impeccably clean, very comfortable for four of us and modern. Bedroom linen was of a high quality and had the most comfortable bed that was well needed at the end of a long day. Location is within short walking distance to many restaurants, Old Town and the Sea Organ. Onsite parking was an added plus. Also a bowl of sweets was an extra special touch. We would recommend this apartment.

We had a great stay here! You can find everything you need and the owners are very friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony is stunning, we could have watched it all day. There are a few restaurants and shops you can walk to. We would definitely come back :-)

Meri's apartment is a great choice for staying in Zadar! The apartment is located in a family house, so we felt very welcome, and the atmosphere was friendly. :) The apartment description is accurate; we had everything we needed, and everything was clean. You can easily park in a private space right in front of the house, and the grocery store is located within a short walkable distance. Communication with Meri was perfect, and there was no problem. I highly recommend this place. :)

Beautiful, modern, exclusive, spacious apartment, perfectly located on the water next to the promenade. Very well-equipped, smart tv in each bedroom, clean towels, good linens, nice tableware, available chemistry, washing machine, sun loungers all made the stay more enjoyable. Great communication and lovely Mr. Josip, who brought his private hdmi cable on Christmas day, I appreciate and thank you. Close to grocery store, peace and quiet. Recommended

Very friendly and helpful host. Clean and well-equipped apartment. Large outdoor area with fantastic views, which is mostly in the shade thanks to the Mediterranean orchard. 5 minutes from the nearest swimming area and a short drive to many beautiful beaches.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor on a hill above Sibenik. Everything was as described. We had a great stay! The apartment was large and extremely clean. From there you can walk to the center of the old town within 5 minutes. The balcony is nice and quiet and you have a great view of the city. Anita is a very nice and dear hostess. She picked us up by car from the parking lot, as you cannot park in the streets near the apartment or it is better not to. She gave us many tips for the area and the city. We will be happy to come back ❤️

This apartment was right on the marina close to restaurants and a market. The place was clean and charming; even more modern than the photos show. Also, the terrace was a wonderful addition for hanging out. Dinko was very personable and accommodating to our needs when we arrived. Washing clothes was easy too. I’d book this place again in a heartbeat!

We (two thirties) stayed in the apartment for four days. The house is compact (and equipped with many knickknacks), but the roof terrace is very spacious. The roof terrace is also absolutely the highlight of the stay. It has fantastic views, with both sun and shade. There are small turtles that are incredibly fun to watch. The shower has a strong hydropower, which is pleasant to shower. The bed (in the separate bedroom) has slight pit formation, we do not know about the loft bed because we did not sleep on that bed. The hostess is very sweet, always quick to respond and is completely there for you. The apartment is a few minutes walk from the city center. Parking is free, but you have to be able to park tightly through a narrow alley so a small car is recommended. For us due to the roof terrace subject to repetition.
