Dále obývací pokoj s dvojlůžkem, posezením, krbem, TV. Další místnost je ložnice se 2 lůžky. K dispozici je toaleta a koupelna - sprcha. Vytápění je v koupelně podlahové. Jinde klimatizací, v obýváku romantický krb k doladění atmosféry. Ohniště, plynový gril. Venkovní jacuzzi. Není možné pořádat oslavy a párty.
