Vacation rentals in Zeda Gordi

The apartment is very well located, spacious and nice. The only issue is the kitchen equipment: there were not enough dishes (not enough cups, plates, glasses etc) for 4 people. So it’d be great to add some. The building is equipped with an elevator, which is a plus. It is important to consider that the way to the parking garage, that Ana is nicely providing, is very narrow due to the cars parked on the street side and the entrance to the garage is relatively low (we could not get in with our Jeep renegade with a box on top). But there is plenty of public parking outside of the house.

We stayed at Ani’s guesthouse for a week together with our large family. Avtandil was a great host, very flexible, helpful, and responsive. The place has a beautiful common living room, together with four private bedrooms, and a beautiful terrace. The guesthouse is located quite centrally that made it easy for us to walk around Kutaisi and explore interesting dining options. Overall it was a great experience to stay in the guesthouse and we highly recommend the place!

Amazing Stay in a Wonderful Cozy Space! I had a fantastic experience staying at Ana’s place. The room was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, cozy, modern decor, well equipped. and thoughtfully designed. The location was perfect. Close to downtown, easy for walks and cafe’s, supermarket, malls, restaurants and nearby attraction. Ana was incredibly welcoming and responsive, helpful and making the whole experience even better. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Kutaisi, Georgia. Thank you, Ana for an unforgettable experience, and I’ll definitely be returning!

Magda was a superb host! The apartment was cozy and on a quiet street off the main square. Easy access to all the attractions and fir wondering in the neighborhoods. I would definitely stay here again!

We were a group, so we booked all three of Berika's studios simultaneously. They were clean, cosy, thoughtfully designed, and on a quiet street within great walking distance of the old town. Convenience stores are only a minute away and restaurants are close by. Berika was responsive and fortunately for us on our arrival day showed the flexibility to help us store our baggage before check-in when he didn't have to.
