Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Zaton

Great place with a nice pool, close to the Old Town of Herceg Novi. Great host, we were welcomed with a platter of homemade food as well as rakija! Good cafe 10m away from the place. Great spot to start your day trips. You gotta have a car though. Can't complain, everything was top-notch and would recommend this place to anyone. Cheers!

Right from the start Nico and his family were warm and friendly, and made me feel welcomed. I couldnt have asked for a better host family. The location of the place is only a 2 minute walk from the Old Town gates. Perfect location to start exploring. This is definitely a place I would highly recommend to stay if visiting Dubrovnik.

This is a very good place to stay, right near the bustling bay of Dubrovnik, with a very good view and basin view. Not only that, the host is very nice. We arrived very late, and the host's father greeted us at the door. The next day, he also introduced us to the interesting story and history of the house. Table tennis is very convenient, and we also barbecued in the courtyard. The facilities in the house are very new and convenient, and the hot water is very sufficient. Let our journey in Croatia have a wonderful end. Thanks to the host for providing us with such a good place!!!

Fantastic stay at Sanja’s! The apartment was spotless, the beds were comfy & there was lots of room. Could not rate it high enough. Sanja was so helpful in organising transfers for us & so quick on responding to any questions we had. There were 5 of us sharing & all of us have said we would definitely return with our family’s. Thankyou again Sanja!

Since booking the host Sanja was at my disposal. No question or providing me with information was a problem. She arranged airport transfers at a very reasonable price. She also arranged a private 8 hour boat trip for me and 5 friends. She gave me lots of very useful information and recommendations about the surrounding area and what we could do while in Dubrovnik. We did have slight issue finding the house because the driver dropped us off at wrong section of the road. However, Sanjas aunt came to our rescue very quickly and showed us the way. We had the best time in Dubrovnik for 2 friends special birthdays and would definitely go back. Sanja house was absolutely beautiful and had the most fab modern furnishings. Everything about it was just so gorgeous.

We had a fantastic stay! Paola’s home is centrally located, with easy access to many great restaurants and shops. The entire area is beautiful and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. Paola was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Place was amazing , exactly like the pictures, very central to everything . Very private , finish the day off in hot tub looking out at the ocean . 100% will be back

Božo has a wonderful place and definitely earns his super host rating. He contacted us along the way to arriving and was able to offer an earlier check in. Whilst there nothing was ever a problem if we asked he did all he could to accommodate us and offered help on any asks for trips. We loved the place and pool and being away from the town. Definitely try the Konobo Knez restaurant if you can, food was incredible. Wish we had been staying longer. My only suggestion is to make it clear that the 3 bedrooms are not all in 1 apartment, the 3rd bedroom is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance and key, so more like an2 bedroom apartment. Our teenage daughter didn’t feel comfortable to stay on her own in there. There is plenty of room in both spaces. I’d add a kitchenette and small bistro table in the downstairs as then offers a perfect shared space with relatives or friends when needed.

Veselko could not have been a better host. His place is what an Airbnb should be. Literally everything you would want is provided, right down to coal and lighters for the BBQ. The views are breath-taking, instantly relaxing you. This home is super clean and Veselko could not have been more accommodating with tips on local places to eat. It was our first time to Croatia which was beautiful, wonderful scenery and friendly people. This home from home will not disappoint. Leaving to come home was the hardest part of our trip.

My friends and I could not have been happier with this house, it was just something else. the photos on the website are amazing but they just don't do the place justice. The house is spotless, really beautiful and a perfect size and layout for the 6 of us. The location is so central, it was so easy to get around and do all of the sights. There were bus routes available to get around further if needed and local shops a couple of minutes walk from where we are. I have had a lot of request from Family and Friends for the details of booking this house because it really is unbelievable, I'd recommend it to anyone. the hosts were fabulous too. regular contact easy check in and out, arranged out transfers. Pool and Hot Tub were cleaned whilst we were there. We just cannot fault it 10 out of 10. We can't wait to go back ❤️

A really nice journey. Everyone find his place from children to Grand parent, there is a lot of space. There were fruit tree everywhere to add good smell to the view. A little bad point on the second apartment with a strong smell (maybe musty) but the place was very beautiful

Rina is a lovely person who prepared the accommodation to a very high standard, including a few essentials on the table and in the fridge. She was very personable, friendly and was always available for us throughout our stay. The location has the perfect blend being a stones throw from Old Town but not in the hustle and bustle. The accommodation itself was very clean and tidy with all the facilities you would need for a perfect holiday including a heated pool to relax and further enjoy yourself. I would wholeheartedly recommend a holiday at this place

Mara was an amazing host, very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The villa was great we enjoyed the view, pool and hot tub. In fact we enjoyed spending our days around the villa. Mara introduced us to a local taxi gentleman Marco who was fabulous and recommended restaurants and boat trips and days out. If you don’t have a car use Marco.

Villa Oranz is so beautiful and perfect for our family trip to Dubrovnik! The house is clean and comfortable with all the amenities that make your stay easy. We loved the views from each of multiple comfortable sitting areas inside and out. It was great to have activities available such as ping pong, billiards, swimming, etc for the full family to enjoy. Ivica is the ultimate host checking on us frequently to ensure we had everything needed and bringing by veggies and wine! Getting to Old Town was easy either by a 25min walk or 10min rideshare. I can’t recommend this property enough.

I booked this accommodation for a bachelorette and it was absolutely perfect. We were 10 in total, so it was really important for us that everyone could get ready at the same time, so it was great that all the rooms had an ensuite. The entire property is very well designed and layed out, and every room has a function ( games room, spa room with sauna & jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen etc) which was super helpful as it rained during our stay, but there was enough to do to keep everyone entertained. The property has lots of character but it has clearly been modernised so its very unique! One small critique is that its close to the airport ,so super convenient, but if you are situated on the top floor you may hear a some noise ( I noticed it in the morning only). Other than that, Amila was super responsive, and accommodating to our requests so would absolutely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! It's spacious, exceptionally clean, and fully equipped—especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed (no need to bring anything extra). The heated pool was perfect. Ante was extremely helpful and responsive; he kindly helped us with the grill when we weren't sure how to use it and met us upon our late arrival. The villa's surroundings are peaceful and quiet, with stunning sea views and absolutely no noise from passing cars. At night, the starry sky was breathtaking. The photos match reality perfectly—beautiful design and modern interiors. We had an ideal vacation and highly recommend this villa!
