I wish I could give this place and the hosts more than 5 stars. The first impression of the apartment was “Wow!”. The building where it is located is very modern and safe, with guards that work around the clock. The apartment is beautiful and top notch clean, with all the amenities provided. The place looked brand new, as if we were the first guests ever. In the bathroom you’ll find a whole set of towels and extra ones in the cabinet, all kinds of cleaning products, soap for the washer, even makeup remover among many other things. The kitchen/living room is also completely equipped. Dishwasher and induction stove. There was fresh fruit in the fridge. In the cupboard, there were all kinds of herbs, teas, sugar, coffee, pasta and other stuff at our disposal. The couch is comfortable for watching TV and chilling in general. The bedroom is very spacious, with a walk-in closet and a storage closet. The bed is super comfortable, with clean fresh linen and different kinds of pillows for you to choose. You can see the city and the sea from the window, the sunset is beautiful! The hosts are the kindest people you could ever meet! They recommended us places to go, restaurants, beaches, everything! And responded very quickly at all times. During our stay we were lucky enough to meet them, when they so kindly brought us a new set of towels and linen for the bed. They were at all times happy to help with all of our questions and even beyond.

A very good place to relax, the terrace is the color of this place! Great hosts! The house has everything for a comfortable stay, the kitchen has a lot of different utensils , all the dishes are beautiful! We will be happy to come back for a vacation again!

Everything was great! The place is clean, cozy and fully corresponds to the description, the house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Anna is very friendly and always in touch, there is a parking space. Excellent location — only 5-7 minutes walk to the incredible view and the sea. I want to come back here again!

We were very satisfied with Andrey's stay. Everything is clean, neat and beautiful. Andrei is very responsive. And helped in all matters that we asked. We were very satisfied and will definitely come again.

Everything is great, very close to the epicenter of events and the beach. And if you stay in the room in the evening, then with the door closed you can hardly hear what is outside. We were very pleased with various details when checking in, cola and water in the fridge, there are shower gels and shampoos, toothbrushes, paste and more. Very helpful if you forgot yours. All in all, the hosts did their best

Thank you for the opportunity to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city, while not leaving the city. Very nice hosts, comfortable home, convenient location, modern renovation. There was everything we needed for a quiet family vacation. The only bad thing is that one day it's time to go home. 😁 We'll come back again.

Nice place, nice view, a short walk from Arkadia, a closeby store and a closeby nice restaurant to eat breakfast at... I truely loved it !

This place was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect and you can tell they take pride in being an Airbnb host!

By far the best hosts we met so far!! Such a warm welcome, so nice, friendly, helpful and caring people. It was the best decision to stay here. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful, peaceful place. The house is very very clean, tasteful and authentic as well as convenient. All you wish for is provided. The beach is located just down the street. There is a big garden, a playground for kids and an open air barbecue area, where you can enjoy all your meals. The hosts even treated us with fruits from their garden. Thank you so much for all your love and the memories we made here. Hope to be back one day❤

A great place for a big family!! (Well or company;)). Everything in the house was as described, satisfied) I especially liked the host's attitude with his wife to us) We went to meet the check-in/check-out time, called right before the trip - the host told us about all the details so that we could fully prepare for our vacation. The most pleasant detail is the chic location!! The sea is really 2 minutes walk, with a child this is very convenient!

Beautiful, clean apartment with great location. Located in a gated community with kids playground and lot of space to walk. This place was equipped with everything you may need during your stay. Very comfortable beds. Enough space to sleep 4 people. 2 grocery stores within 5 min walking distance. farmers market nearby. Beach is located within 10-15 minutes walk. The host was very helpful and nice. All questions/problems were resolved within an hour. I will recommend staying in this wonderful place.

We, of course, could not go from the United States and never intended to. We just wanted to help--and hope that Karolina and her loved ones are ok.

The apartment had everything you need for your stay : dishes, appliances. The view from the window is incredible, at sunrise. There is an opportunity to put a car in the underground parking - for an additional fee.

Praying for Ukraine

The best host I ever seen. My booking was end but I request the host to allow me to stay some more time and they allow me a whole day to stay. The view was amazing in summer I will book it again.
