The house is in a very beautiful location and is equipped with everything you need. Especially the wood-burning stove makes the living room very comfortable in winter. The contact with Petr was very kind and uncomplicated. I'm sure we'll be back.

If you really want to switch off – and by "really" I mean: no neighbors, no reception, no "can you just?" – then this remote hut in the forest is an absolute dream. 🌲✨ Far and wide, not a soul, only you, absolute silence and nature, so beautiful that you briefly wonder if you have secretly landed in a ZDF documentary. 🦌🍃 The jacuzzi in the middle of the countryside is the highlight – perfect for romantic evenings or philosophical conversations with a glass of wine and a fox in the background. There are also cameras – but don't worry, they are of course only outside. So if you've always wanted to know what life is like at celebrity Big Brother without annoying roommates, but with nature and style, this is the place for you. In short: rest, relaxation, wild animals (hopefully only outside) and a touch of television studio – I'll be back.

We visited for a long weekend over Easter. The house is classically decorated and had some modern gimiks, such as a hot tub and sauna. We enjoyed our stay very much and the communication with the hosts was very pleasant.

Even in the pictures, the house looked great – but in real life, it far exceeded our expectations! The accommodation is not only beautifully decorated, but radiates a warmth and generosity that is rarely found. Communication with Michela was straightforward, the handover went smoothly – the most important things were explained without being flooded. So we were able to start our weekend directly. We have never seen such a beautiful garden – well maintained and so lovingly laid out. You can immediately see why this house is so often booked. There was something to do for children of all ages, even teenagers. A small downside: Children count as full persons here from infancy. Unfortunately, this meant that we could not arrive in the desired family constellation, although the house offers 20 beds. Small children under 6 should not be counted. Apart from that, everything was wonderful - we'll be back.

We stayed there with our two small dogs for three nights. The house is small but completely sufficient for two. The whirlpool and the completely safer garden were our highlights. You don't have to worry about the dog at all while you're in the hot tub, as the garden is completely fenced and both gates are lockable. So that no one can enter the garden from the outside. In the garden you are completely undisturbed and there is a privacy screen everywhere. You will always find a sunny place to relax in the garden. There is also a covered terrace and the hot tub as well as the infrared sauna are fully covered. The beds in the bedroom are very comfortable. We can highly recommend the house and the great garden to anyone who wants to relax and seek tranquility.

Words fall short. What an absolutely wonderful place to be! Clean and so comfortable. We were there for 3 nights and felt so at home. Very peaceful and very private. We had lovely evenings sitting on the patio and having a drink. No disturbances on the property at all. Michal was a fantastic host. Always reachable and making an effort. Explaining things and taking time. Whenever we had questions he was available to answer. He truly puts the guest’s comfort first. Thank you Michal! We will be back soon!

The place was great and the landlord very friendly. We had a lot of fun and would be happy to come back! We could use the pool and the large beautiful garden.

Wonderful place and a lovely country.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very quiet place for privacy. Clean house and grounds. It was always warm because the fireplace was heated. Pleasant sauna.

We liked the house very much. Four of us stayed and it was very comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen, secure parking and very peaceful.

A magical place in a secluded area near the forest with a beautiful view and a great host! We felt like we were at Grandma's cottage. Entrance from the forest as if from a fairy tale and a view from the terrace to the meadows and forests. Next to the cottage, there is a seating area with a barbecue and a smokehouse, we just didn't have time to use the bathing barrel and sauna. For us, a great and nicely furnished accommodation, where we will be happy to return!

We had a lovely family break at Eva's. The house and garden were both beautiful and spacious. Horšice was peaceful, with the shop just a few minutes walk away and other amenities just a short drive. We would definitely stay again if visiting the area again.

Tomas is a very friendly and pleasant host. The house is superb and extremely spacious. All rooms are very well equipped An extremely pleasant stay!

Over the weekend, we were four women and four children in the beautifully and comfortably furnished vacation home right on the Zschopau. Everything was very inviting, clean and well-equipped. Particularly striking is the pretty, antique furniture paired with a breeze of modernity. The outdoor area is also equipped with garden furniture so we ate outside in good weather. We used the fireplace one evening. We highly recommend the accommodation and would be happy to come back!!!

Beautiful location. Perfect for viewing the stars and relaxing. There is lots of wildlife and a lake nearby with walking trails. If you want fancy and to be pampered, this is not for you. But if you want to unwind and relax with nature, this is the place. Would love to visit in the summertime to take advantage of the lakes. Also, we didn’t realize towels were not included. We asked Filip about it and he graciously provided some of his personal towels for us. He also did a great job in preparing the sauna and ice bath as well.

The house is very lovingly and well furnished. It offered ample space for us 2 families (8 people). The kids had more than enough space to play and the garden was also great for the children. Above all, the kitchen was super furnished, we didn't miss anything. There was even enough wood and lighter for the fireplace. We really had a great few days in the house of Marketa and her husband. She was very friendly and gave us an introduction to the house, which we found very attentive. The cleanliness was also really excellent. We will be happy to come back! Thank you

We were completely happy with the place. Much of the wood, children's toys, oil and spices have already been available in the accommodation. The listing matches the pictures on Airbnb. The garden including fire/barbecue area was great. Communication with Veronika was very good. We were 4 adults/ 3 children and had a great time.

I recommend. An oasis of peace, a chalet fully equipped. We also used the heated pool a few steps from the cottage. Communication with the owner was fast and friendly. Peter responded promptly and sent complete information in time before the trip. We greatly appreciated the possibility of adjusting the arrival and departure times. We'd love to come back :)

We felt like at home. Our 1.5 year old loved all the toys and the yard. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Also liked that one bedroom and the main bathroom were downstairs for those that have hard time with stairs. We contacted the hosts repeatedly and they immediately responded and were friendly and helpful. We would recommend this place, especially if you have small kids!

Like every year, we were looking for a place to stay for our family vacation and found it here. TheHausherr and his daughter are very kind, speak and understand German. Explained everything at check-in and then left us the house. We immediately felt comfortable and the vacation could start. The only downside was the unpaved access via the lawn, but the dirt was brought into the house. But that's up to the owner . Surely it will still be improved here In any case, we can recommend the house.

We had a wonderful stay at Jana's house. The location is nice and quiet and in the middle of nature. The house is very clean, super equipped and we lacked nothing. Above all, the bed is very comfortable. Communication with Jana was also perfect. She responded to questions super quickly and made check-in very easy. We can recommend Jana and her house!
