Berta's house turned out to be a very good choice. Great location in the middle of everything in the Kali pool. Amazing hiking spots in the area. Cozy street, house, and yard. Everything in the house works perfectly, comfortable and hands-on. What I think is the most typical of this house is the coziness, and we haven't felt it anywhere outside of our home. I highly recommend it to others!

As a returning guest, we suspected we would have a wonderful stay. The accommodation is comfortable and well-equipped with a magnificent view of Badacsony. I especially want to highlight Szilvia's attention and helpfulness, and she was always quick and kind to answer our questions. These made us feel really at home.

The house itself and the garden was very charming. Kinga was a kind, flexible host.

Gorgeous few days right on the water in beautiful Balaton. Very comfortable house and garden right on the lake. We enjoyed wading out in the lake with our child. The lake is very shallow (around 3ft) for over 100 meters so you can walk out very far on the mud/sand. I would definitely recommend renting/bringing Stand Up Paddle Boards or an inflatable boat so that you can get out to where the lake is deeper to swim. At the moment, these are not provided by the host. There had been a recent invasion of buzzing non-biting midges (Chironomidae/greenish insects) along the shores of Lake Balaton but they only really came out just after sunset and were fascinating to watch. Incredibly relaxing to wake up and have coffee on the dock. 5 star stay!

One of our favorite places in the area. Our family had a wonderful time. The hosts were always responsive, flexible, helpful and kind. The house is spectacular and the surroundings are peaceful. We will certainly return.

Great place to stay and very welcoming. Mrs. Maria greeted us and explained everything to us and even jumped in with extra help when we needed to.

Absolutely beautiful and well-equipped house. Everything you need for living. Sauna,jacuzzi,barbecue and illuminated pool for evening relaxation with a drink. Owners friendly and very communicative. If anyone is looking for relaxation and peace this is the place. To local shop 5 mins by car,to bigger shops 15 mins. 10/10

We had a lovely stay at Hans's, he is a very welcoming and passionate host. We were hosted very well!!! We came for a sled dog competition and Hans and his wife came to see us, it made us very happy ;) If we have the opportunity to return to Hungary we will return to Hans's. The stay was great! Checking in was great. The place was as described. Surroundings are quiet. Restaurants and shopping are a bit away. Unfortunately, the check-out was a bit complicated, as the description says you should return the key, but actually you leave it there.

We all liked 11 (8 adults and 3 grandchildren). We will definitely come back. If it works, even next year.

We had a lovely stay at this property. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was fantastic—close to a great beachfront and many supermarkets. The view was absolutely amazing, even better than we could see in the pictures! The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. No issues at all! Overall, it was a great experience. We had a wonderful time at this house! It was exactly what we needed: quiet, relaxing and just fantastic. The view was breathtaking. A real highlight at any time of day. Especially the sauna overlooking nature was an absolute experience and made our stay perfect. The house was immaculately clean, tastefully furnished and superbly equipped. Everywhere you can feel how much heart and love this place has been designed, both inside and out. The contact in advance was warm and uncomplicated, and even during our stay you noticed how much the host is because his guests feel completely comfortable. We immediately felt welcome. The location in the middle of nature is just perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation. We will definitely be back. It was one of those special places to just make you feel at home. We really enjoyed our stay at Rita’s, great location and very nice host.

We had a great time, the house and neighborhood are amazing. Ideal for a retreat. The only nuisance is that due to the nature of the house, the heating is not up-to-date, must be regulated with a vision. The first night, we were a little cold in 1-2 rooms, but after we notified the host on the second night, the apartment was very warm, and the tub was very warm.

The house is very big, clean and comfortable. There are two apartments with separate entrance (one downstairs, and one upstrairs). The apartments are very good equiped, the one downstairs has washing machine. The garden is big, with playground for kids,place for bonfire, two big terrace and big arbor with place for barbecue. The garden has lots of trees, which gives nice shadow during summer days. The house is very close to the beach, which is maybe not very big, but nice, clean and free. Around the beach, there are several restaurants.

This was our third time at this beautiful house and we had a fantastic stay as always. Our highlights were: the garden and private lake access for us, the fenced garden for our dog and the high-speed WiFi for my teenage kids.

Lisa’s place is amazing and at great location. It is very spacious and a stone throw from the lake. Lisa herself is very kind and the check in was smooth and the instructions were clear and accurate. The kitchen is unfortunately not very well taken care of as the dishes were mainly dirty and stained and I wish Lisa was more available in case of unexpected situations because when there was a problem with heating I had to wait for 3 days until the problem was resolved which is not very convenient in winter time. But I can understand that unexpected problems might occur so after all it wasn’t that much of a big deal. However, I think this place is totally worth the price and I also appreciate that there are boardgames you can borrow and it is very well furnished with absolutely everything you might need for your stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who would like to spend some beautiful time at Balaton. Thank you!

We were at the accommodation with our children. As described, a very good vibe, kind, peaceful, comfortable house away from the noise of the world. At the same time, there are many beautiful sights ( castles, stupa, castle, Lake Balaton) easily accessible by car. The stove keeps the heat surprisingly long, so we woke up in the morning in good heat. The kitchen is fully equipped! Ildikó is a very attentive host, he explains everything about heating, electricity, and he was waiting for us with delicious noodles! I recommend this place for nature lovers if you hide from the world.

Very well-equipped home, excellent for either a short or long stay. Children loved having toys to play with and some things for the lake. WiFi up to the challenge of two people on video calls at once, and air conditioning up to the challenge of summer heatwaves! Ramona was very helpful with information about the area and even finding a babysitter. Easy access to a lot of interesting places around the Balaton area, but of all of the beaches Vonyarcvashegy’s was the best anyway!

Everything is fine! Friendly and available host. The house is very nice, large, and spacious. The kitchen is complete with everything. I recommend a little more attention to cleanliness.
