Incredible nature, beautiful mountains, waterfalls - a real treasure! The house is as comfortable as possible, even better in person than in the photos! Victoria and Yuri are very caring hosts, how questions or difficulties arose they helped right away. I will mention the neighbor animals separately: the mare Karina, the friendliest dog in the world🤍, Bima, who walked with us into the mountains, and his playful girlfriend doggy, whose name, unfortunately, flew out of her head. They made our vacation with our friends special too! I sincerely recommend this place to everyone. If there is an opportunity, do not regret the money, and spend time truly unforgettable in the village of Kamiankawith these wonderful hosts! Thank you again❤️

A wonderful comfortable warm house, equipped with all the necessary kitchen, hot water constantly in the offenses of the bathrooms, and a very comfortable lounge area in the fireplace. Modern large and very comfortable sauna in the house. WiFi is available in the house. Located 7 minutes from the railway station, close to 2 large supermarkets. The owners are very considerate and responsive. The rest was great, we hope to come again, thank you!

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Nadezhda's house! The estate is large, made with great attention to detail, love for nature and for people who will live in the house. A very well maintained area with an incredible amount of flowering plants, a wedding, a sauna with a pool from the mountain river, a fireplace in the living room and on the terrace, a lot of cozy places for privacy - all this contributes to a real holiday! Nearby there is an extremely beautiful nature, picturesque mountain Pikui, in the next village there is a coliba with a very delicious kitchen (10 min by car) The only downside is the bad road to get to the track, you need to drive half an hour through the pits. It's not about the house itself, but it can be important to someone. We will definitely come to Kukavica again! 💛

Our family—two adults, two teenagers, and our lively border collie—had an unforgettable stay at this stunning wooden house in early spring! Perched on a steep hill with breathtaking panorama views, this place feels like a cosy retreat straight out of a storybook. The fireplace was the heart of our stay—perfect for warming up after exploring the crisp spring air, and it gave the whole house such a welcoming glow. The teens couldn’t get enough of the view, with mountain peaks changing their appearance daily, while our collie bounded around happily. Inside, the space was pristine and roomy, with a fully equipped kitchen that made family dinners a breeze and beds so comfortable we all overslept. The host was a superstar—quick to reply and full of local tips that elevated our trip. Hands down one of the best homes in the area—we’re already dreaming of our next visit!

The property was exceptional, one of those life experiences you are glad you’ve made. The rooms were spacious and private, clean and cosy. The house has a great view and surrounded by nature. Very close to the restaurants and attractions. The house was booked for a family reunion, everyone left with great memories and we are looking forward to booking it again.
