Family-friendly vacation rentals in Zakarpattia Oblast

We stayed in Lilia's houses with a company of 11 people. Everyone really enjoyed their stay. I want to note that the houses are in a great location, the road to them is in very good condition. Thank you Mr. Pavel for the pleasant communication and help with everything you need. It's also cool that there is a forest nearby and there was an opportunity to go to the mushrooms. Regarding the improvements, it would be cool if it was possible to somehow distinguish the area with a vat so that people from other hotels are not visible, who are relaxing in it and not crossed with them on the territory of the houses. Overall, the experience is very positive. Recommended for your visit. We will definitely come again with friends.

Great and clean house: big rooms, well equipped kitchen, walkable distance to a bus stop/supermarkets/cafes/kids playrooms. Perfect place to stay with kids (stroller and crib available). Very quite neighborhood. Friendly, hospitable, always reachable host. Definitely recommend this place!

Hi. Pavel and Lililja are great hosts. It is a wonderful serene location and I would not hesitate to recommend it to any traveler, whether just an escape from the city, a brief recuperation or a holiday. Pavel's herbal hot tub and cold tub treatment is wonderful too. There is a delivery menu with a range of well-prepared Ukrainian classic dishes on it which is great for staying in.

Fabulous place, you can feel like a princess in the tower. I really liked it, I will love to visit again. Perfect location: close to shops, and mountain views from the window. I was worried if there would be heat in the room, especially in the bathroom without a door. It turned out to be very warm! I am delighted with all the joinery and wooden furniture.

A beautiful, green, peaceful location

The house is spacious, for a family of 4 there was enough space for everyone. Thoughtful kitchen, very convenient that there is a dishwasher, various utensils for cooking and dining. This is really important for us. The bathroom was a little too small, like me, but the stable hot water was enough for everyone. The fireplace is love, it was cold so it was much more cozy with it. The area of the house is green and well maintained, but behind the territory, unfortunately, especially nowhere to walk, only by car to go somewhere, then relatively close: Bukovel 20 minutes, there is ATB nearby, but also better than a car. The sauna didn't work during our stay. Hosts are very welcoming, answered all questions, and took into account some wishes.

This house is much better in life than pictured. Incredible view from huge windows, wide terrace. There are no people around at all, you enjoy nature. The house is as complete as possible, very warm, there is a fireplace. A huge hall where we gathered with big company and there was enough space for everyone. We will definitely come back to you in the summer!

Lovely hospitality form Viktor. Cosy safe and great view cabin, also close to service. All needs are available in the cabin even dishes in the kitchen. I highly recommend.

We were in January, a fabulous snowy atmosphere around the houses, a clean, well-maintained, closed and guarded area. The house inside is clean and cozy with everything you need. New furnishings and a beautiful Christmas tree🥰 Alexandra is very helpful and kind. I have prepared New Year's gifts for all the children. I helped with the driver and advised on the sights. Mykola's security guard is a special thank you. Our vacation was maximized thanks to the excellent service of these people. We will definitely come back in April.

Great place with beautiful view ! The owners are very nice and welcoming people! I would highly recommend this place for a family gateway with kids. There is lots of things to do around the area, visit the waterfalls , hike the mountains or just stay on the property and swim in the pool and relax looking at the amazing sunsets. The place had everything that we were looking for.

We rested together, went very satisfied) A significant plus now is having a generator. Hosts went above and beyond to make the power outage unbeatable for vacationers and didn't cause any inconvenience, for which they would like a separate thank you) The house is shared in the perimeter, but it is completely independent — separate entrance, two bathrooms, kitchen, bedroom, etc., even a grill in the yard. Neighbors in the house were only seen on the sixth day, accidentally) Inside is clean and cozy, nice fresh renovation, quality furniture. Hosts are very accommodating and helpful people. We were always ready to help and at the same time completely unobtrusive — they left a very good experience!
