This house is a little gem because it still has the traditional charm of Andalucia. The living room has a stove where you can light a fire during the winter. The kitchen is small but you‘ll find everything you need to prepare a nice meal. There is one bedroom with a double-bed and another room with a sofa that can be turned into a double-bed as well. The small bathroom has a shower and outside you‘ll find a beautiful terrace where you can sit and relax. To El Gastor it takes 10min by car.

The property features a private pool with views of the reservoir, an outdoor porch, a living room with air conditioning and fireplace, an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms (one with a 135 cm double bed and the other with two 90 cm single beds), and a bathroom with shower. It also includes shaded private parking.

With 12ha of land, in which we work with permaculture concepts, we have a vineyard, olive, carob, almond or fig trees among other fruit trees. The lovely flat with 2 rooms, kitchen & bath (douche/bidet) has a nice balcony and seaview (first row to beach). Bedroom and livingroom has Aircondition. It has a seperate sleeping-room with kingsizebed (1,80m) and a second sofabed at living-room. The sofabed can be easily turned into a doublebed (1,50m). The appartment ist perfect for 2 people, a third person is possible sleeping in the livingrooom (sofabed).
