When designing and decorating the accommodation, it was configured as a large suite where guests can enjoy maximum comfort and detail, feel at home with the independence that this entails and with all the amenities that a house offers. The ultimate goal is for guests to have an unforgettable memory of their stay. All the decoration has been carefully studied to make it a truly privileged place, where I have included part of my travels, as paintings brought from Bali, tapestries and fabrics from Cambodia have been hung, and all this mixed with furniture and objects that I have been acquiring for years from different places and sites, giving rise to a very special mix, in a unique atmosphere and that gives an exclusive magnetism to the place. Specifically, it is an apartment, located in the town of Marbella, in the exclusive area called Golden Mile, close to accommodations as exclusive as the Puente Romano Hotel and the Marbella Club Hotel. The one-bedroom apartment has room for four people, a master bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. It is designed for a couple or a couple with one or two children who want to enjoy a quiet stay in a residential and exclusive area, close to all the areas of interest in the town of Marbella. It has a 44 square meter terrace overlooking Marbella's iconic and emblematic mountain "La Concha". The apartment is within a residential complex, with few houses with a video surveillance system and common garden areas and a swimming pool of considerable size, depending on the total number of neighbors. In short, it is a place located in a sea of tranquility and disconnection within walking distance of everything a place like Marbella offers. A complex made up of 28 houses, with great privacy, security cameras in the access and common areas, parking for 2 cars, a swimming pool with a garden and a hammock area, which usually has few people, as it does not have many neighbors, and a concierge. With easy access to the Starlite concert venue, as well as the most select or renowned leisure and restaurant areas of Marbella (La Meridiana Restaurant, Bibo de Dani Garcia; Trocadero Playa, Hotel Puente Romano, Marbella Club, Sol y Luna Restaurant) (Olivia Valere Nightclub, Finca Besaya, Funky Bhuda) Personalized attention. By having extensive knowledge of Marbella and its surroundings. We can provide information regarding all possible activities you want to do, leisure, sports, cultural activities, beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping area, and places to visit. This development, superbly located equidistant between the City of Marbella and Puerto Banús, just opposite the Hotel Puente Romano, in the heart of the Golden Mile. Las Lomas is an oasis of tranquility that few developments enjoy today. Marbella's most important residential complexes are located within or next to Las Lomas del Marbella Club. With easy access to the highway and freeway (1 min drive) which makes logistics much easier. Less than a 5-minute drive from La Cañada shopping mall, the largest in Andalusia, where you'll find spectacular shops, movie theaters, and restaurants of all kinds and for all tastes. Mainly by private car, although it has all the amenities within walking distance (supermarkets, restaurants, and leisure). However, it is advisable to have your own vehicle to get around and to get to know Marbella, its areas and surroundings. Easily accessible from the highway, Nagueles exit. From Marbella, by the Hotel Puente Romano, towards the Mosque. The entrance to Las Lomas is through a magnificent arch, located just above the Mosque on the way to La Meridiana Restaurant. There are two more entrances that can be found in front of Olivia Valère on the Carretera de Istán and through the Camino de los Manchones, which gives access to the areas of Marbella Hill Club, Marbella Sierra Blanca, Nagüeles and Camoján. Less than a 5-minute drive from La Cañada shopping mall, the largest in Andalusia, where you'll find spectacular shops, movie theaters, and restaurants of all kinds and for all tastes. My brand new eco-house is located in a small valley surrounded by untouched nature very close to the nature park near Grazalema and with many hiking trails all around and near the Embalse de Zahara. During construction, we used natural and recycled materials and the sun supplies electricity via a solar system. On the 3.5 hectares of land there are mainly olive trees and from the top you have a beautiful view of the Sierra de Grazalema.

My friend and I stayed at this beautiful apartment in May for a long weekend to see a mutual friend who lives in Elveria, so as I go regularly it is nice to find a comfortable place to return to, and I will! Bright and cheerful and immaculately clean, exactly like the photos. Isabelle provided towels and beach towels so was easy to come for a few days with a carry on suitcase. It is 2 minutes to the beach and a welcoming new beach bar at the bottom of the road. Nikki beach is over the road but did not intrude in any way, we walked on the beach every morning to find beach bars for breakfast and coffee (plentiful). The pool area was lovely with well maintained gardens and a pool bar for snacks and drinks, again very tranquil. All in all I would definitely recommend and go back as I have stayed in lots of apartments in the area and this was the best by far. All in all the apartment is well equipped with everything you need and you’re sure to have a fabulous time!

We always like to give an honest review of the places we stay in as I would appreciate it from other travellers. First off Carols and his wife are great hosts. They are responsive and helpful. The location of this place is what sells it. It’s pretty much on the beach and boardwalk and very close to old town Marbella. Perfect location. Now a few things to be aware of. Not necessarily negative but I would have liked to have a heads up. First up parking. Yes there is free street parking but if you have any issues with parallel parking you will have to consider other options. The laneway is so freaking narrow with cars on both sides your collision sensors will be lighting up like a Christmas tree. Get the rental car insurance. Secondly since the place is on the main floor there is no outdoor seating so it can seemed closed in. Thirdly the bed is fairly hard and a double size so prepare for that if you have back issues. All in all very clean. Would recommend for a budget option.

This place has everything you need to enjoy a vacation. Even the things to take to the beach, full kitchen with necessary spices, coffee, cooking oil, etc. It could easily accommodate 9 people. Sofa bed from the living room is really comfortable. Walking distance to the beach 10 minutes going, 15 minutes back there's a hill and you need to cross the bridge. But restaurants are 5 minutes walking distance. We love our stay and Jane was super helpful at all times.

The whole stay was perfect. Angela is very friendly and attentive, great communication and arrival too. We recommended restaurants in the area and great. The place is beautiful, in the middle of nature, the mountains, 10 minutes from Arcos de la Frontera, 1h from the beach of Conil for example. The pool area is a 10! The comfortable apartment, with good taste and impeccable cleanliness, a 10 too!

Francesca is a great host. We were allowed in her apartment with pets and really appreciated it. The apartment is spasious and well situated. Everything is in a walking distance which is rare in Estepona or Marbella. It gave us a true sense of Spanish life with football fans, local food, international company and sea shore in a few minutes walk.

An absolutely lovely apartment hidden up some steps just a minute's walk from Mijas Pueblo. Loads of places to sit out and eat with stunning views across the pueblo down to the sea. Excellent pool for a swim and cooling off. Maria was very friendly, accommodating and quick to communicate. The sound of school children singing from the school below the apartment was beautiful. We will definitely return. Amazing! Thank you!
