The location and views of the house are unbeatable. Luis' treatment was excellent. The house itself is very well furnished and organized. There's like a suite that's a huge plus. And not to mention the garden in the upper part and lower part, very large, all enclosed, very well kept and beautiful. And a pool, jacuzzis, etc. that add a lot. We spent a week as a family with 2 dogs and it will be a great memory and we would love to repeat it in the warmer months to make good use of the pool. Thanks Luis!

The place has a very good location, the house is just like the photos and Carlos has been very pleasant at all times. If you go with children as in our case it is a success, the development has a park and in the house they have toys and books for them. Definitely recommend this place.

Already in advance, the communication was very pleasant, fast and straightforward. So was the personal key handover. The apartment is in a good location, not far from the old town. You have bus, metro and also the tram within walking distance. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a stay, even a longer one. It is also very clean. Absolute highlight is the large terrace with fantastic views over almost the whole city. If you want to criticize something, it's probably the somewhat weak internet. It would be good if it would work the same stable everywhere in the apartment and also on the terrace.

The house is beautiful and large, it doesn't lack anything. The garden is wonderful, especially with children and a dog. They enjoyed it more than anyone. The host is very attentive, with a nice welcome gift. The best place we've been to, without a doubt. I recommend it one hundred percent. I can't think of a single complaint, the whole family was very comfortable. The house is true to the photos and the place is very quiet, silence is very important for me to be able to rest. We'll be back for sure.

A super nice house in a beautiful environment, a lot of activities to do at the house (pool, volley ball, ping pong, basket ball, etc.), the beach is not far if you want to swim in the ocean, and Bilbao is 20 minutes with taxi / uber which is perfect if you look for culture and great night bars. Our large group of friends really enjoyed our stay !

Beautiful, well designed, well equipped and super clean generous 2-story house with pool and large garage close to Bilbao and within 20 minutes of several beautiful beaches and towns along the Basque coast of the Gulf of Biscaya. Great grocery store with local fish and meat specialties close by. Sofia is a wonderful host who provided lots of useful information for us to hit the ground running and makes you feel right at home. Highly recommendable and we will come again when we return to the area.

The owners have recently converted a farm building into 4 apartments. Everything in our apartment was brand new and very nicely designed and furnished. There is a shared outdoor space for all the guests - a large sunny terrace with tables and chairs, as well as some picnic tables up the small hill behind, where you can have dinner if you want to eat outside. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped - and our children loved that they could see sheep and donkeys from the window, as well as the cats in the yard. The apartment is a few kilometres away from the town, up a mountain road with beautiful views. Miren gave very clear instructions on how to get there, and we had no problem finding it. It was nice to be somewhere quiet and peaceful in the mountains and at the same time only 10 minutes drive from the motorway and close to the coast as well.
