Amazing Family home on River Amstel

JamesRating, 5 stars32 months ago
Great location along Amstell River, not too far from Cafe center of trendy "De Pijp". An easy bike or tram ride down to the city center. Good swimming spots can be found along the river on the opposite bank. House was clean and comfortable, the roof deck was lovely to sit out on in the evening.
A bright living area is highlighted by lime green floors and walls. A spacious wooden dining table is surrounded by colorful chairs. A television is situated on a blue media console, while a plant adds a touch of nature to the space. The open kitchen is visible in the background.

Modern family home near major A'dam attractions

AlexandraRating, 5 stars20 months ago
Our family had a perfect stay. House was beautiful, close to the city by ferry, restaurants on the waterfront and we even got in a swim just 10mins walk from the house. Was great to be able to use the bikes too. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms modern and clean with great showers.
A spacious living room features large bay windows with seating, allowing natural light to fill the area. A cozy sectional sofa and an armchair are positioned around a central rug, while a black fireplace and a decorative mirror add character. Decorative vases are placed on the mantle.

Monumental river-house + backyard

PaulRating, 5 stars9 months ago
This apartment is beautiful and pretty much exactly like the pictures. The garden is a fantastic inclusion, the bathroom is as theatrically fabulous as it looks and it was lovely to be able to play the baby grand piano. The increasingly popular De Pijp area is a short walk across the bridge and we spent most of our time there. A fantastic place to stay in a brilliant location - we’ll be back.
A spacious living room features a soft white seating area with a textured throw. Large windows allow natural light to illuminate the room while providing views of the greenery outside. A rustic wooden coffee table holds vibrant flowers and decorative candles, complementing the inviting atmosphere.

200m2 classical house with garden

ShariRating, 5 stars8 months ago
We had a lovely stay at Martine's beautiful home and highly recommend it! We especially loved the outdoor patio, especially when the cats hung out with us. Martine communicated thoughtfully before, during, and after our stay. A few observations to help potential renters: The neighborhood was residential and comfortable, with businesses and transit a 10-15 minute walk away. We heard a comparison that this neighborhood is like Brooklyn to Manhattan, and we think this is apt. Also, unlike most vacation rentals where we have stayed, which seem to be investment properties, this is a lived-in family home, and while it was thoroughly cleaned before our check-in, and was not an issue for us, it is a different feel than some other Air BNB's. And finally, the kitties. This was a major draw for us, they required minimal care, and spending time with them at the end of a longer vacation helped us miss our own pet a little less. We are grateful for the overall experience at Martine's home!
The spacious garden showcases a well-kept lawn surrounded by vibrant greenery. The villa's modern architectural design is visible, featuring large glass windows and balconies. A relaxing outdoor lounge area and play equipment for children are positioned among the garden, inviting leisurely outdoor activities.

Luxury family villa in city centre

TobiasRating, 5 stars57 months ago
Frank is an outstanding host. He provided fantastic and detailed information upfront. The check-in was smooth, and we were provided with local snacks, and Frank set us up with breakfast for our first morning in Amsterdam. This made it very comfortable after a long trip. Whenever we had a question, Frank replied within minutes. We all had a great and relaxing stay. Our kids often asked us if we could stay inside the house rather than going on day trips. That's how much they enjoyed the place and the cute little garden where they could play with water (you have to watch out for tiny kids that can't swim though). In short, it was fun, and we had a good time.

The Loft, City Centre Jordaan Area

KatieRating, 5 stars2 months ago
This was our second time staying at Pieter’s loft, we had such a great stay the first time that we decided to return and it was just as special as we remembered. The location is really fantastic, a bit more of a local neighbourhood with amazing cafes and restaurants and in walking distance to all the tourist hot spots. The apartment is really unique and atmospheric and Pieter is a delight to deal with and couldn’t be more helpful . He allowed us a late check out at short notice which we greatly appreciated. Thanks once again Pieter!
A spacious living area is filled with light from large glass doors leading to the garden. A dark sectional sofa is arranged around a glass coffee table, with a plush rug underneath. Soft lighting is provided by two pendant lamps and a floor lamp.

Great familyhome near Amsterdam

HannahRating, 5 stars11 months ago
This is a beautiful and comfortable home in a quiet residential neighborhood. Ilan was a very responsive host who provided lots of information in advance of our stay, and quickly answered any questions we had. It's about a 15-minute walk to the Grote Markt area, with shops and restaurants along the way (including a large grocery store that's just a few minutes from the house). There's also a bus stop less than a minute away with buses to/from the central train station or the beaches. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back again!

We absolutely loved this place! Martin and his two boys were super kind and helpful. So many well thought out details…..lots of thick towels, robes, romantic lighting, a perfect spot for putting on makeup with a great little mirror. Huge bed that was very comfy. The entire space is very private and very quiet. The outside garden was great! And soooo unique to find. We would definitely stay here again! And next time we would take one of Martins boat tours.

Spacious design townhouse with garden

MiguelRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Incredible luxury townhouse, very spacious and packed with everything we needed for our stay. It is located in a quiet neighborhood away from the vibrant city center yet in a very convenient location to either walk or take public transportation to all major tourist attractions and the city center. Just around the corner from a street market, coffee shops and restaurants. The communication with Emilie was flawless and timely. I can't say enough about how great it was our stay. Emilie went above and beyond to make sure were comfortable and had a great stay. She provided local recommendations for food, activities for kids and babysitter services. Highly recommended. Definitively coming back when in Amsterdam.

City-center, Cozy, Loft Space in Historic Building

AlanRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Very nice place in the heart of Amsterdam and yet nice and quiet inside. The loft has an incredibly comfortable bed while there is a very acceptable sofa bed below. There is also another solution for a smaller individual who wants to sleep alone. The kitchen is well appointed, no microwave but everything you really need. Andrew was very responsive, and the lock system works really well, giving multiple people free movement.

XL luxurious houseboat on hot spot

EugeneRating, 5 stars5 days ago
A quick ride from Amsterdam Central to a small harbor off the Main Street. Walkable to all the main attractions in Central Amsterdam and an easy spot to catch an Uber if you want to go further. The houseboat was as described on a quiet dock with friendly neighbors and two awesome houseboat cats Bo and Skipper. This was especially important since we were in town when Kings Day occurred and after a walk around the festivities, it was nice to retire from the craziness and relax on top of the houseboat. The host met us onboard walked us through everything and provided easy contact information for use during our stay. Check-out was a breeze. A great find and a great value!

Noord-Hollands Hof Dream Farm

We were very lucky to be able to stay with Evelin spontaneously from Friday to Sunday. We liked the place very much. The children loved the daily view into the cowshed. Despite the cow stable, it didn't smell in the apartment. The surroundings are fantastic and you can get to know the country and people wonderfully.

Surfhouse, 5min. of Haarlem CS

ChrisRating, 5 stars68 months ago
We felt right at home at Willem‘s place. Loved the beachy feel of the house, the individual decoration, you can see he feels at home here as well. The proximity to the city and train station came in very handy (10min walk), the bed was very comfortable, the little garden area cute and I had no issues working remotely with his internet access. The neighborhood is lively during the day and quiet during the night. The self-checkin was very convenient for our early arrival and very early departure. Haarlem has a great vibe and we would certainly return.
The entryway features a blend of contemporary and natural elements. A tall plant is placed in a golden pot beside a patterned lamp, while a wooden bookshelf holds neatly arranged books. The walls are softly adorned with light wallpaper and a simple framed art piece.

Romantic Captains Hut

RylRating, 5 stars4 days ago
We had a truly wonderful stay on Laura’s boat. It was perfect for two people - quiet and private, yet close to all of the excitement of Amsterdam. It was so fun to live like a local on a boat house for a few days! It is a boat, so spaces are small, and if that bothers you, you need to choose somewhere else. But if you want the experience of living on a boat for a few days, you will love this place. Definitely rent the bicycles from Laura! If you haven’t seen Holland by bike, you haven’t seen Holland. We loved this place. I really hope we have the chance to go back someday.
