Our guest house may be a little quirky, with a unique layout and features, but it is a comfortable place to stay and play and has all of the great features for a quick pit stop in Yuma or a longer stay for leisure or Mexico medical/dental trips. We've been investing in our home to make it better for you, and we're currently changing out windows and will shortly begin painting. We're about 1.5 miles to Interstate 8 and nearby to Algadones, the Imperial Dunes, and everything Yuma has to offer!

Separate Guesthouse on private lot in the Foothills long or short term Smartlock key pad Full Kitchen, WIFI 362. Welcome Winter Visiters, Border Patrol, Nurses, and contractors, Shaded Parking, Boat parking, 1/2mi to I-8 22 to Mexico 28 to Martinez lake, 31 mi to YPG. Close to Restaurants, Clubs, Shopping, Hiking Golfing. NO CARPET for those who have allergies! Very comfortable bed and furniture. Patio area with lots of seating and BBQ for you to enjoy. Relaxing family home in a safe and lovely Neighborhood. It’s a comfy rustic farmhouse in the Desert. House has great lighting from skylights in the home and comfortable beds. My favorite part of the House: the master shower is 7 foot long by 4 feet wide with a skylight overhead. 5 to 13 mins to grocery stores, golf courses, parks, churches, restaurants. 18 minutes to Algo Dones, Mexico, 40 mins from Lake Martinez, or the Sand Dunes
